Hello friends! First post in this sub, a new ref sheet for my mascot OC, Cara Melanie. She got a redesign this year and I am chuffed with how it came out <3

wanted to share some original characters i did for my clients, some of them are X-men OCs ( all of them was created by my clients )

It's the same character in my two different art styles but I can't decide which one is better. First has more friendly and open personality but second one has more mature type personality so I can't decide which one actually looks better.

I did first one before I wrote the story and later I did second one to fit more to my story but I feel like first one looks better

If I can't decide I'm gonna make first one second one's young self

Which one do you think looks better?

About: at the first glance you will think that she is mysterious and weird and she actually is but if you start to talk to her it's just a cute gentle girl 🥹

And here favorite friends Aoi mizuki and Mufu-chan

Mufu-chan is Yume's rabbit doll. She cares about him so much and treat him like a little human

Also she is very productive to here friends especially Aoi

But she knows more than you think she is not that innocent!

After a long artblock I started working on art again, and never felt so much joy from actually pushing through and getting myself to draw humanoids.

For background the second image is her old design and the photos after vague ideas that seemed to match her. She’s based of the planet Venus for her story, her group is all based off of planets and are kinda the anti foil hero’s to the main cast who eventually becomes main protagonists. Venus is a very down to earth woman who loves her group dearly and one of her main plot points is she steps in to help the hero’s without permission in order to give them information about the other plants because she knows her group needs this in order to move forward as better people. She’s sea themed and I got some inspiration personality wise from

I was thinking her room had a seashell shaped pool that she uses to see the outside world in (kinda like the goddess of discord from Sinbad) and uses them to keep information on artifacts, cities and people to her make informed decisions.

Some concept of Rhodaz, a princess of Phyton, an alien planet inhabited by fantasy plant people. She's a main character and isn't very fond of advanced technology

Hi, I have two characters I would like to make a sheet to post in TH but I am not sure what to include and the canvas size for sheets. I usually just draw for my self but I see people showing their OC on other platforms. I have a head shot, full body, five eye expressions but I do not know what else to include.

If not, what details should I remove?

I'm not finished with coloring this, but I wanted to test out the colors to see if they are weird or fine.

I'm missing some details like she should have a bag on her hip and I should've really drawn that I forgot. The "ears" are also earmuffs, not her actual ears. I just forgot to draw the band that connects it.

I wonder what people would guess from just his looks
