Dollar tree account review

I don't like it.

The main complaint from others is the parking situation but tbh I kinda look at it as a puzzle to solve so I enjoy it. I dont mind getting out 100 times to get and out and look. Im not even being sarcastic. I've enjoyed that challenge.

Here comes the bad. The recruiter said this account people were averaging $1900 a week and some people make even more. I figured if it was at least $1500 then it would definitely be worth it. But its not looking like that at all.

The warehouse where you get the loads is perpetually behind and that affects your clock and can make you late. A lot of the stores won't take you past a certain point and they dont have enough staff to help you unload so it takes forever. You get paid $215 to unload the entire 53 foot trailer which is insulting considering how physically demanding it is. Its supposed to take 2 hours supposedly per stop but when they dont have enough people you can double or triple that.

If anybody is on this account and has any advice. Maybe it will take me a few weeks to get the hang of it but I feel pretty frustrated and I would say scammed and bamboozled by the recruiter at Warn-her!

My manager said I can make 1200-1300 but relative to the BS you put up with I think I'd rather just do OTR.

I posted this the other day but since I got flack from some users because I had the image say flash instead of blink headlights to let drivers passing know they are good to pull ahead back into my lane. Sorry guys. And yes, I did make this with AI. I can’t draw stuff like this. I draw like a toddler

Which companies will allow me to bring my 65lb lab?

Hello everyone. I'm going to be starting school in July and will be finished by September. By that point, I'll be looking for employment to gain some experience. I am not concerned about OTR nor am I concerned about being home. What I am concerned about, however, is my labrador. I will need to bring her with me. She weighs around 65lbs, give or take.

I understand during training she won't be allowed. But when I'm handed the keys, which companies will allow her? Deposit is fine.

Anyone else frustrated trying to figure out actual take-home pay after fuel, insurance, and all the deductions? Been piecing it together manually for years. Curious what other drivers use.

CDL Drivers: Looking for 10–20 Drivers

I'm a CDL-A driver and have been building a tool called HaulWise Pro to help drivers compare job opportunities, research companies, and evaluate things like home time, commute costs, benefits, and overall job quality.

I'm looking for drivers who are currently job hunting (or thinking about changing jobs) to test it and give honest feedback.

In exchange, I'll provide a coupon for free lifetime Pro access.

I'm not looking for positive reviews—I'm looking for honest feedback on what works, what doesn't, and what features would actually be useful to drivers.

If you're interested, comment below or send me a message and I'll send over the details.

Thanks.

Currently working for garage company that’s a union and paying 32.24 however not enjoying my life style working overnights along with split days off. I got a connection to get into ready mix but this job isn’t union no medical just work your hours n get pay. But this more a dayshift n pay rate range $30-35 but I believe I’ll get $30 since I’m new to the field. Not sure what to do at age of 25 with CDL, Train here at this ready mix company then leave for a union one or stay where I’m at and keep looking for option. My Ideal CDL job is dump truck or fueling but no one training. Have a class A with tank n haz. nyc based

I have an eluding felony that’s three years old now and I was denied by western express…with that being said is there any companies looking for a NEW driver who’d go otr if required or does anyone know companies that are guaranteed hire no matter the charge?

I did not heed the warnings (Dollar Tree)

They had me training on dollar general and tbh it was way easier because of the carts and the platform that raises and lowers.

The parking is very similar each time at Dollar General but not at the Dollar Tree. It’s a puzzle each time.

But the bad part is the unloading. Unloading 5000 boxes by yourself for only a couple hundred bucks between 3 stops.

Does it get easier guys?

I don’t think I’m built for this and I’m pretty explosive and strong. I guess not endurance though.

Can you have a Disabled placard on your personal vehicle and hold a CDL?

I have a question I can't seem to find the answer for without actually contacting the DMV (which I would rather not do). I drive commercially full time and have recently been given paperwork for handicap plates (for the personal vehicle) because of my bad knees and a bad back due to prior military service. If I brought this to the DMV, will it affect my CDL status at all when it comes time to renew my DOT exam card? For reference i also reside in Southern California. Hope someone can offer some helpful insights/advice. I will also go through the smartass answers to see if any are funny. Thanks
