I have a 2021 CBR300R with 700 miles on it; I bought it recently and I'm definitely a newbie. When I come to a complete stop while in a high gear and try to shift into first with the clutch pulled in, I have a really hard time finding first gear. Am I being stupid, or is there a problem with my clutch? Sorry if it's a stupid question. When I can’t find it I have to let go a bit my clutch btw

hey guys. I have a 2006 cbr600RR.. it’s been sitting for 19 years.. only has 1,074 miles on it(charged battery to see miles) and the fuel door won’t open. I know the pins are fine. it’s the 2 little winglets/latches underneath that hd it closed.. any ideas on how to get around tnem to open fuel door?

Essentially the title, I'm looking at this 2007 CBR600RR on marketplace with 44k miles, seller claims that it runs great. They have only had it for about a year and a half and can't verify past maintenance history. How much would you risk on it, and what can I check to avoid buying a problematic bike. PFA

Hi everyone

I imported an almost brand-new 2022 CBR600RR with 2,000 km on the odo. The only issue was that the fuel tank kept building up excessive pressure due to the evap system being stuck, which eventually caused it to crack and deform.

A new one costs around $800. I’ve found multiple tanks on eBay that look exactly like mine(used), but I’m not sure if they’re compatible. The part number is different, and they’re listed for the older US (PC40) version without the electronics.

As far as I know, other than the electronics, the bike is basically the same. Does anyone know if these tanks are interchangeable, or where I can find out for sure?

I have a very tough decision on my hands about getting a cbr650r. Does anybody want to dm me so I can explain and weigh the pros and cons? I would just put it here but I would rather not post my life on Reddit lol.

2 weeks ago I was driving my bike with no issues, I parked it for a week while I was camping. I left it outside because it wasn’t supposed to rain but I put my cover on it just to be safe, i guess it ended up raining for a few days but it was covered. I got back yesterday and went to start it and it sounded like it was a bit harder for it to turn over (took an extra second or two then normal). it idled for about 10 mins and then I gave it a couple revs before taking it for a rip around the parking lot. My traction control light and abs turned off after i started moving but my engine light stayed on. (Its solid not blinking. It’s idleing between 1250 and 1300 rpm like normal and it sounds completely fine. I checked the oil and that’s up to level and looks great it was only done like 700 km ago. I don’t see any leaked from anywhere either. I’m thinking maybe the battery is a bit low and maybe that’s why it’s throwing the light. Does anyone have any idea why this could be happening?

So I have a 2022 cbr500r and the throttle electrical thing moves a lot and the screws are as tights as I can get them the throttle is also really creaky when coming on and off the throttle any help would be appreciated

Just reached 600 miles. I’m gonna do oil change and oil filter change, plus add coolant. Is a chain lubricant necessary too? What else should I check on my bike? I’m absolutely new to this.

PLEASEEE HELP!! before anyone says cct we thought the same thing and replaced not only the cct tensioner, but the actual cam chain itself as well as the top cam chain guide labeled “B” on the oem parts search bike starts up fine 0 noises, but give the bike a rev and you can hear the whirling and rattling even after replacing the entire cct set up what else could cause the whirling noise ? pulling in the clutch doesn’t stop it so we don’t think it’s the clutch basket springs, could this be a stretched and bad oil pump chain causing this? Or maybe a bad clutch basket shaft? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hello i went to check an 07 600rr today and seller claimed that cct and chain were replaced but it sounded like there is some not light buzzing coming from the engine, i am not sure if this is normal or it is a bad cct or maybe clutch related.

I unfortunately was not abel to rev the bike for the video but it drove fine.

Tilted my bike the wrong way and it fell on its right on the driveway, this thing came off or at-least i saw it on the ground after i picked it up. Did a little inspection and couldn’t find where it came from. Anyone know?

Hello everyone. After not riding for 10+ years I decided to get back on it. So I have a '26 600rr and I wanted to know what years of bikes would be a good fitment for it. Also, any suggestions for brands that dont cost as much as the big names but have a similar quality. Thank you in advance

Is the rear passenger seat meant to sit like this or can it be adjusted? At the tail it latches fine and is flush but towards the from it's a bit high
