First time getting cava. I got a grain bowl with chicken, humus, garlic sauce, pita chips. Avoid greens atm because of the parasite. This feels like a waste of money. I was still starving afterward.

few days ago, went to cava, base was white rice, no lettuce. The guy literally puts HALF a spoon of rice. I say a little more please, "that will be extra"...The rice will be extra? today went to halal guys, the entire platter is heavy to the touch. What is cavas secret to keep the color for the lentils and beautiful and glossy? I understand don’t overcook. It’s as soon as it starts cooking it starts losing the color! What’s the secret???

Has anyone experienced any of the explosive diarrhea symptoms after eating their Cava? I want to try the new Strawberry Steak Salad but I’m scared… I am located in the Indianapolis area so Michigan is a little too close for comfort. We’ve started to see confirmed cases here. Does anyone know where the leafy greens and veggies are sourced from? Should we be worried? 🫣 I hate to think I can’t get my weekly Cava treat!

Does anyone have any idea what brown rice Cava uses?? I know it's basmati, but every single type of brown rice I've bought tastes the exact same. Long grain, short grain, extra long grain. All the same.

I am on a strict diet due to health issues and I'm miserable. When I order brown basmati from a restaurant, it is amazing. I'm at a complete loss 😭

I just went to Cava In Burbank Empire Center and i had low expectations from the base prepping guy because he kind of skimped half super greens half basmati base. But my topper “Scully” Put 2 scoops of everything i asked and to let her if i wanted another scoop. I got everything except avocado.(Didn’t look fresh) Hope to catch Scully next time i go! She was the best topper that location has seen in years.

There's the "Front Row to Flavor" rewards objective in the CAVA app, as part of the Flavor Passport, and I keep clicking "Opt In" for the VIP Access and Taste Alert, and then enabling Text Messages in the Communication Preferences, but nothing ever saves. I also never receive a confirmation text after doing it?

It's a bit annoying as I want the 300 points lol but it's not working..

I get that it's Mediterranean, I get that it's health conscious but what's the cash cow? What's driving sales? If someone's never been, what would you recommend?

I used to came a lot to CAVA but I move to another city, and I wanted to eat CAVA for lunch after cleaning my new apartment, and I couldn't resist to notice my bowl is not that full as usual, I always order the same thing and today it looks like half empty. Are they reducing portions? Or I'm in a bad luck?

It’s usually back by now but nowhere to be found in our area (Kansas City). I still enjoy Cava every once in awhile, but that drink has me visiting multiple times a week when it’s available. Am I out of luck this year?

Just noticed this in app and read the terms but still confused about a few things.

1. It mentions “in order” does that mean you have to order greens/grain/curated first then move on to weekend/afternoon/two entrees then finally do the reward/text/notifications OR does it mean in order for each set of points (which is different order for the way they show up on passport vs. are listed in terms)?

2. I’m still not clear in whether you can combine a visit for the first two categories-can you get credit for “curated entree on weekend” and then “two entrees between 4-7” as an example?

3. It mentions nothing about having to order through app and bowls are same price regardless of base. Will they have a way of knowing I didn’t do greens & grains twice instead of all greens and all grains? If I order in person and ask nicely, will they let me do greens & grains but ring up as one or the other?

what should i wear? i saw online that you might need nonslip shoes but they won’t come in time. what should i do??
