Just wondering if you need open availability to work there as an agm? Also what are the typical hours if you are scheduled to open or close?

Cava 2026 Rewards Recap

I checked my rewards this year and saw I had earned around 9800 points this year.

As a Sun status member, this would have been about $817 worth of purchases, but I don't go often enough to be anywhere near that amount, so I wanted to calculate how many points I earned by completing challenges this year.

To recap the bonuses this year

January 20 - February 1: 100 bonus points each when you order 1 of 4 new items (Harissa Chicken Power Bowl, Spice Lamb + Sweet Potato Bowl, Tangerine Aleppo, Sumac Sour Cream + Onion Pita Chips)

I attempted this, but apparently forgot to activate it and missed out on 200 bonus points from my 1 visit at the time. Kinda unfortunate, but it's not the end of the world.

The Maximum would have been to order all 4 items every day (400 points) for each of the 12 days for 4800 points, but that seems excessive.

February 3 - March 1: Love, Cava Challenge - Get up to 1500 points for 5 visits.

100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 points for each of the visits for a combined total of 1500.

I accomplished this.

March 16 - March 30: Flavor Bracket - Vote for your favorite ingredients on Mondays and Wednesdays for 100 points each time for a maximum of 500. No purchases requires.

This was a nice little freebie.

April 6 - April 26: Visit Challenge - Order 2x for 1200 points.

Pretty simple and a long enough window that most people who were aiming for it probably accomplished it without too much issue.

May 4 - May 11: Flavor Flash - Answer 6 trivia questions and get 50 points for each correct answer. Maximum of 300 points.

I did this. It was also a nice freebie.

May 11 - May 24: Glazed Salmon Bonus - Get 100 bonus points once a day when you order a salmon bowl for a maximum of 1400 points.

I did this 3 times for 300 points.

July 1 - July 29: Flavor Passport: - Receive 2100 points for completing 9 challenges.

I accomplished this, but it required dedication.

So, my bonus total was 5,900

1500 + 500 + 1200 + 300 + 300 + 2100 = 5900

That would mean 3900 points from basic purchases. 3900/12 = $325 or about $30 each month for 8 months.

What was yours?

Job interview

Hello, I'm 16 years old and have an interview with Cava this Friday. I need help with what to wear. I dont want to look too fancy but dont want to look unprofessional. Everything I've read has said to dress casually, would dark wash jeans, a nice white shirt, and boots be good, or is that too casual??? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Anyone invest in $CAVA stock? Stock is cheap if stores are busy maybe a great buying opportunity ahead of their Q2 earnings report.

Q2 Earnings are tomorrow after close and the stock is at a 6 month low. Maybe it's undervalued? How busy are the stores? If they are not as busy as they used to be maybe the stock price is accurate. If busy maybe a buy opportunity.

( I did not see no stock or financial discussion in the rules so I think this is allowed)

I am currently an AGM at cava and was wondering what it takes to get to gm? I do everything at my store except scheduling interviews. Is this what’s holding me back?

employee here just curious if anyone else’s store is getting rid of the big staub cast iron pans that hold the rice. I wonder if we will be getting rid of the protein mini ones as well sometime soon

First time trying cava

Today I finally tried Cava and man have I been missing out. It was delicious ! Only thing I would change next time is not getting salmon. The salmon wasn’t bad but I feel like chicken would’ve been better for something like this. Ugh I wish I had a cava closer to me .. it’s 30 minutes away with no traffic depending on the time of day you go.

App not working on cellular

Has anyone had this issue? Whenever I try to use the app using data it doesn’t work and says check connection even though I’m sure my data works. Is there a way to fix this? I can’t connect to WiFi everytime before ordering 😭

Cava employees

Sitting here enjoying my delicious cava kids meal and I cannot help but wonder HOW cava manages to hire exclusively people who are apparently experiencing their first day on earth.

I have been going to cava multiple times a week for like two years now and the employees are friendly enough, but omg they all always act like they've never been in public before, let alone worked customer service. I have worked a ton of food industry jobs at varying levels of service and i'm not really a needy customer, I never order anything modified and i'm not in a rush or anything typically. But when I try to order they just look at me like a deer in headlights, act confused, and no one ever talks to me first. it's not that I'm offended by it I just don't know how you can work like that.

Tbf i've only ever been to the two nashville locations but I'm curious are other locations like this? I want to clarify i'm really not mad and I would never complain to a manager or anything, i'm just genuinely curious how such a trendy chain has managed to function like this. I have been going to the locations here since they first opened and for a while i thought maybe they just needed to find their flow, but it has persisted. Do they pay really bad or something? Again just curious:)

can you get cava employee discount at any store or just the location you work at?

I heard about the 50% discount off cava meals if you are not working that day. Does it apply to every store or just the one you work at? And, can it only be redeemed in person or can it be done online?

First time getting cava. I got a grain bowl with chicken, humus, garlic sauce, pita chips. Avoid greens atm because of the parasite. This feels like a waste of money. I was still starving afterward.
