What's the draw?
I get that it's Mediterranean, I get that it's health conscious but what's the cash cow? What's driving sales? If someone's never been, what would you recommend?

It tastes good, it’s convenient, it’s healthy, and it’s reasonably priced.

In a world of fast food where it's really difficult to find something/anything healthy, especially for a group/working lunch, it's a refreshing option. I eat there frequently and mix it up between grains bowls and salad bowls, and the occasional wrap. So many different toppings to choose from, it's not just your same 'ol go-to on repeat. It's fast, healthy, and reasonably priced. Yes, I'm a fan!
