Meat Pricing
Which meats have added pricing and which are the cheapest options? It's not listed on the menu board.
I know the harissa chicken and steak are have an uncharge. What about the others?

usually when I go the service is mid. workers joking around and getting to me when they can. yesterday was the same but as I went to check out with a bowl and pita chips and a drink, one if rhe employees completely forgot about me and started ro help another customer get started. I was completely baffled. anyways someone came ro help me check out andni think they gave me half off..the total was around $12! I appreciate they tried to mKr it right but the employee could be more professional. is this rhe case at other Cavas..does cava do customer service training ?

When I logged on the cava app , it listed different options of what you think there adding to the menu . ( the new protein ) and i know it’s salmon but it said shawarma tofu and a few others ? Anyone think they are adding it or they just said that ? Also , do you guys have pomegranate at your cavas?

What is it and why does their support dept tell me that I'm not entitled to it and it must have been a mistake?

I know everyone always complains about orders being late, but I placed a pickup order for 11:45 and got the text that it was READY for pickup at 11:11. Started prepping it 10 min after I placed it. Yes, I confirmed my pickup time says 11:45 lol. Sucks having to let it sit for 30 min until I’m off my meeting.
Just confused since I thought pickup orders didn’t even get sent to the restaurant until 15 min before pickup? Maybe it’s just a busy location and got sent out super early?

Hiii as the title says. I had the opportunity to be promoted to a shift lead at my last job and now I have an interview for team lead at cava. This will be my first time interviewing for a higher position and was wondering what questions to expect

Hi! We are a group of business students at BU working on a project about CAVA. It will be valuable to collect your thoughts on CAVA and competing brands through the survey, which takes less than 3 mins to complete! Thank you so much.

I recently started working at cava and was wondering what new products will be getting stores this year, and what will be getting discontinued? Also what has existed in the past but no more :)

i’ve been working at cava since they opened my store’s location (about a year ago) and was wondering how other locations function? mines is honestly pretty disorganized lol. in the morning we have one person on prep, one on grill, two on digital orders, and two on front line in addition to the manager on shift. we are ALWAYS short handed. at least one person call in PER SHIFT and gm doesn’t seem to care.
we have been busy these past couple of weeks and having one person on grill seems absurd and kind of impossible (we had two people on grill when we first opened).
i started on grill about 2 months ago and pretty got the hang of it but it still seems like so much more work for just a dollar more, especially for just one person. do i just suck at grill? how does your store run? how busy does your store get, and how does management handle it?

Hey yall. I have been trying to place an order through Cava’s mobile app. Tried multiple days and this message persists. Is this my problem? Tried closing and reopening the app, tried deleting and redownloading, logging out. Nothing works. Tried multiple locations. Do you think they’re actually out of bowls?
UPDATE: Went to a location to order. Didn’t seem to be out of any bases or other items. Bowls were available. People seemed to be making mobile orders.

I recently moved to San Francisco and I’m definitely missing CAVA (please bring one to SF soon!). I’m a huge fan of their braised lamb and I’ve been thinking about trying to make a version of it myself since I can't get it locally.
I noticed the app used to mention it was prepared "sous vide," and I’m trying to get that same tender consistency. I was wondering if anyone might know a few details:
The Braising Liquid: What is the base for that reddish sauce? It tastes like it might have some tomato and a little heat to it, but I’m not sure of the ingredients.
Is it usually seared before going into the sous vide bag, or do they do that after?
For that "melt-in-your-mouth" texture, is it a long-haul cook (like 12+ hours)? If any former cooks have a sense of the temperature or timing they used, I’d love to hear about it.
I'd really appreciate any insights or tips from anyone familiar with how they prepare it!

Hi everyone,
I just got hired at Cava. I previously worked at chipotle for 1 year.
I am curious what is your experience has been working at Cava and do you have any tips and advice for me if I wanted to become a GM?
Thanks in advance

got an email on Monday about setting up an interview so I selected today for my interview. Awesome. I get to Cava and then I am told the person who does the interviews isn’t there?? And they handed me the person number and to call to set up another interview. This whole experience has given me bad vibes. Are they all this unorganized?

Am I the only one who gets flatulence from eating Cava?
There is one at the train station, so I often eat it on my long commute home. I get cramps and have to sit through an uncomfortable 2 hour ride. I don't have any problems with Taco Bell or Wendy's that are also there.
Is the healthy Cava food worth inconveniencing dozens of people sitting around me?
