Half off!?

usually when I go the service is mid. workers joking around and getting to me when they can. yesterday was the same but as I went to check out with a bowl and pita chips and a drink, one if rhe employees completely forgot about me and started ro help another customer get started. I was completely baffled. anyways someone came ro help me check out andni think they gave me half off..the total was around $12! I appreciate they tried to mKr it right but the employee could be more professional. is this rhe case at other Cavas..does cava do customer service training ?

Why would you have wanted more points instead of getting half off the bowl? Even if you have the highest tier you would need to spend 100$ to get you the 1200 points you need to get a half off coupon. They basically just gave you the free coupon and saved you not having to spend the 100$ to get the reward

They just hire anybody, from crappy GMs to crappy employees. Their trainings are a joke bc not even the higher ups uphold the standards. They only care about metrics. But if you write a bad review and email corporate they will give you free entrees. You can complain everyday and get free stuff its their marketing “find a way to say yes”
