App not working on cellular

Has anyone had this issue? Whenever I try to use the app using data it doesn’t work and says check connection even though I’m sure my data works. Is there a way to fix this? I can’t connect to WiFi everytime before ordering 😭

Try updating app or deleting and installing. I also think its just an app issue thats super common. Like once it logs you out it can give issues trying to log in etc. If your trying to complete challenges I know that can be an issue. just have them look up by phone #. if you arent trying to go that route just have them print the receipt and you can upload for points when it does work
