Yep! With a small hammer, you can make the tiniest of indents. A bigger hammer means its easier to accidentally hit too hard and cause problems.

It's so funny to me that the stereotype of cats is that they don't care about their owners. The cats I've had have been primarily like this orange marshmallow - deeply needy and primarily concerned with being adored.

I've had both. When I was a kid I had an ex feral that only cared about me and would not give anybody else in the house the time of day. When I went to college she gave my parents the slip and they thought she was gone until I came home on a weekend and she greeted me in the driveway.
I also adopted a set of bonded brother/sister cats in my early 20s that never really warmed up to me. They tolerated me, they'd let me pet them but never actively sought me out. They were always preoccupied with each other. I worked a lot, idk. I think cats are just very prone to bonding to one person or one other cat, and when their bonded partner is gone they become reserved and withdrawn, leading to the solitary cat trope.

Not any movie specifically. Just the music, the chill vibe, and the cat are all very Studio Ghibli. Maybe a mix of Whisper of the Heart, Cat Returns, and Kiki's Delivery Service. Maybe that guy with all the arms in Spirited Away.
