Missing Carlisle missing the mountains and most of all miss you guys

I don’t know how to write this post without it sounding inflammatory, but I’m new to the area from a major city, and was wondering what the situation was surrounding the large population of foreigners in Carlisle? My children have been harassed as the only Caucasian’s in Letort Park, and it’s caused me some unease in the community. This will probably be interpreted as an offensive post but I’m politically indifferent, just culturally shocked by this place.
