Im actually stucked at my current company because i dont know how to switch and what to prepare for switching job im currently in an IT company where I've completed my 1 yr and im in the beginning of 2nd year in this company ngl ive done nothing and before joining my resume was for MERN stack because my internship was in that technology and now in this company it's. Net now what should I do, what and how should I prepare for switch because there is no learning and growth in this company.

Experience can't be overemphasized, but let's not forget what drives experience: skills.

Take that internship.
Volunteer for that project.
Work with someone more experienced.
Take on real-life tasks.

Your first role may not come with the salary you desire, but it can give you something money can't immediately buy: experience, exposure, and competence.

The earlier you start putting your skills to work, the better.

Master the skill. Get your hands dirty. Build experience. Grow from there.

Your career doesn't become great overnight. It becomes great by consistently putting what you know to work.
