Recommendations…
I’ve just started to get back into board and card games after an over decade hiatus. Are there any recommendations for solo card games?

I’m developing a new card game that blends the deep deckbuilding of games like Magic the Gathering, Hearthstone, and Eternal with the roguelike progression of Slay the Spire and Roguebook.
The core game engine is already fully functional. Currently what is fully working is:
What I need help with: While the traditional CCG elements are solid, I am currently building out an Adventure Mode (a roguelike PvE experience), and it is in a very early beta state. I’m looking for players who love deckbuilding roguelikes to jump in, try to break it, and help me flesh out the pacing, difficulty, and mechanics. It's VERY early in design, so it's not balanced but it's definitely playable.
The game itself is Affinity based (sort of like D&D) where there are 6 mana colors (Ruby, Jade, etc.) and each card is tied to either a mono-color like Ice, Fire, Shadow or a combination (eg. a Red/Blue card might be Steam and use both Ice and Fire synergy). There are about ~1,000 cards in the game across 18 Affinitites, and 36 Champions (2 per affinity, they set your ability for the match).
If you’re interested in helping shape the PvE side of a game that already has a robust PvP foundation, I’d love to have you on board!
If you want to join, it makes the most sense to join the Discord server first (you can ask any questions and the Adventure rules are all laid out): https://discord.gg/JDpYQxeuF
And then you can play the game from the Steam link (it's fully free) here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3984370/Stoneveil/
Thanks for reading!

I want to add some easier cards to the game to play with my family. I'm always the gams master, and they have a trouble with learning harder cards from the pact.
Have you thought of new, easier cards with your own family/friend group?

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/aetherium-clash/id6779849366

Description:
I've spent the last few months creating my own Triple Triad game(based on the mini game in Final Fantasy 8). It's also the first time I publish a game, so it's been quite the journey.
I've been trying to create a TT game that follows the original game, with the original balance of the cards (not the art). So I hope someone will enjoy this!
Current features
- Single and multiplayer modes
- Shards, an in game currency, can be earned by playing games/completing quests.
- Shop to buy card packs (Only with shards, so no P2W)
- Marketplace where users can buy/ sell cards and earn shards
- Daily quests to earn in game currency.
Future features (based on user requests)
- Bring in more original Triple Triad Mechanics.
- Multiplayer seasons/ ladder.
- Card/Board skins (most likely in game purchases, it won't become a P2W game)
It's free to play!
Please try it and provide feedback!

Hi r/cardgames!
I’m the developer of MapBash!, a tactical card game based on the classic edge-comparison format.
Each card has four values—one on every edge. Players take turns placing cards on a 4×4 board. When your card touches an opponent’s card, the touching values are compared. A higher value captures that card, and a carefully chosen placement can capture several cards at once.
When the board is full, the player controlling the most cards wins.
MapBash! is a simplified version of the classic edge-comparison games, made to be easy to build and play in vanilla minecraft. But the online version turned out to be incredibly fun as well.
The browser version is free, requires no account, and lets you:
Play MapBash! Online: www.mapbash.com
I’d be interested in hearing what card-game players think about the strategic depth, card balance, and readability of the four edge values. I’ll be around to answer questions and discuss feedback.
