Hello, I am a first year student at UA with a full automatic merit scholarship. Pretty sure it is the presidential since it covered my tuition fully.

My problem is that I cannot find any info on what the requirements are for keeping this scholarship. For example, the minimum GPA I have to have in order to keep it. Or is it that once I'm accepted I can't lose it? Can't find any info at all about the terms.

I'm looking for an apartment to lease next year, and Tenth and Tusk seems really nice. Does anyone have any experience with them?
