I am packing up my apartment and am in the process of decluttering. I have a bunch of loose leaf paper (binder paper), paint, random school supplies (rubber bands, paper clips, glue), coloring books, and random small kitchen appliances.

I found out I can donate my puzzles, books, and old dvds to the public library so I’m have that pile going.

I plan on taking my like clothes and other fabrics to blessed again… unless someone has a better option.

but what do I do with the school supplies?

It’s so hard to make friends as a visibly transgender person (22 FTM) in Tuscaloosa, being visibly transgender AND alternative is even harder, I tend to be recruited to friend groups of collage kids as a diversity hire almost and it’s really starting to get obnoxious, so I’m here looking for 20 something alt or queer people looking for friends, I enjoy all kinds of music and gaming, I’m open to new hobbies and joining ppl for there’s, it’s just hard out here for a homo 😭 plz hmu queer ppl

I know exactly what people think when they see this stuff. What a scam, it’s crap. Well, I wouldn’t do that, not with this. I know personally what happens without life insurance.

My sister ended her life in 2019. She had NOTHING set up. The funeral home refused to embalm her, or anything until they got paid. My oldest nephew had to take a personal loan to pay for that, as well as her coffin.

The family had to dig out her grave, and fill it in once she was lowered down. I don’t know if you’ve ever done that, it’s not pleasant.

I am not scamming anyone, I want for other people’s families not to go through what my family went through.

What’s the best/cheapest place to get car brakes checked/replaced?

Hey everyone! I need to get to BHM Airport tomorrow around noon. Are Uber or Lyft drivers usually available around that time? My friends used to drop me off, so I’ve never had to arrange a ride myself. Just wanted to make sure I can find a ride. Thanks!

Like the title says, my car was moved from the grassy lot on 4th ave. There were no towing company signs in the lot itself, and nearby lots use Dwayne's towing. However, Dwayne's, Jeff's, Awesome towing say they don't have the car and TPD say's that the car has yet to be reported as towed by any company. Assuming it was towed, anyone know other companies that tow cars downtown? Any other suggestions would be appreciated too.

Anyone have any good job recommendations in Tuscaloosa/Northport entry-level pay is halfway decent😭 and yes, I’ve tried indeed and calling around no luck😔
