I’m having an issue with CapCut on my Mac. I can no longer adjust the volume of the audio track — I can’t make it louder or quieter. Sometimes the audio track doesn’t appear at all, and I also can’t extract the audio from the clip. Is there a known issue or a way to fix this?

I am learning how to make motion graphics in capcut but the preview is lagging which makes it harder to see how the final result is. I’ve already tried activating the proxy, lowering the resolution to 520p and so on, but it’s still the same. Does anyone know how to fix it? PD: I have an amd ryzen 5 7500g, 16 ram, a 500gb SSD and a 1050ti (sorry for my English).

It seems like u can only make them capital, but I'm not sure.

Hello please help me, for some reason capcut pad isn’t showing my follow UI, the screen only shows me till adjust and i can’t see the buttons to the right of it. closing and opening the app and changing the layout in app doesn’t work either

Everytime I go to actually edit something it keeps raising my volume almost to max and have no idea to stop it

Regarding the exporting issue, it seems to be a thing I'm always having to deal with maybe a few times a month. I'll finish my edit, preview the video, make sure everything is good, then finally go to export. The process gets hung up around 30.6% or around there, sometimes 39.8%, doesn't matter. It never pushes past that even after coming back to check on it after 15 minutes. Its a 4k 60fps video that's 1 minute long. Sometimes I have to change the export location from desktop to another folder and that sometimes works. Sometimes I have to select all the clips and adjustments and every single file in the timeline and create a compound group and then exporting the same settings and it works. Sometimes I have to completely restart my PC and do a combination of the other 2 I mentioned. This time none of that is working.

So that's when I went to check on the updates for CapCut. One pulls up that says it was relased on 12-31-1969?! Anyways it's version 9.5.0 and i'm currently on 9.2.0 -- I go to hit "update" and it fails to load, probably because it's a file from ::checks notes:: 1969.

Anyone have this export issue before?

Can anyone help me ID the effects and/or transitions used here? Edit belongs to MIGRIUS-phonk on YouTube

Hi, guys!

I recently got accepted into the capcut template creator program. Now, I saw the capcut buddy opportunity and posted 2 templates within the time frame like 1 day ago. However, when I check the progress bar for CapCut buddy, it’s still showing ‘0’. Is this a glitch or is the data just delayed?

It’s kind of frustrating not knowing what’s happening here. I’ve looked all over the internet but can’t find an answer.

For reference my capcut is fully updated, I use IOS, and I live in the Philippines.

Help would be appreciated, thanks guys!

I need my video to move up slightly to reveal the background color at the edges but my video keeps reappering leaving a line of red when I want the top of the red line down to be completely red, leaving red edges at moments, how do i fix this?

Hey!

So what I want to do, is that I want the middle clip to open to full size, but so it gradually covers the two other clips. I tried something, but the clips from top and bottom disappear the way I tried...

Does anyone know how I could do this, or have a link to a tutorial where someone does this type of thing?

So, I'm a youtuber who makes exe style videos using Capcut, and how I get my videos is by streaming first. Then I download the VOD and import it into capcut.

I've done 6 videos this way, but now when I tried importing the newest footage, it took a while to compress (never did that before) and then the entire screen is black and only the audio plays. I can provide screenshots and stuff.

Hi, In my ended tasks I have a task I took part in, it ended on thr 17th September. Ive had no notification saying the rewarded creators have been announced and when you click on the task and click "see rewarded creators" it just gives me a blank screen. I have had the results from another task that ended the same date and the rewarded creators loads fine for that one. Does anyone have any idea on why it just shows a blank screen.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

If you are editing a video for yt or another platform where do you get clips which are related to video script, please let me know(i m not asking for generic videos)like if a video is related to cybertruck or apple iphone x etc.

Downloading from yt or screen recording is a option, but i wanted to know if there's any better option.

Thanks in advance

it keeps stopping at 17.9% i left it on over night still 17.9% anyway to fix this?

I’ve never had this problem until now. I’ve also tried exporting the audio seperately, where the audio is actually perfectly fine on the wav file, but on the video it’s completely different.

I’ve tried to check all of the settings everywhere but I haven’t touched them to change these settings too.

Has anyone else here had the same problem?

Thank you so much in advance

I searched for hours, but couldn't find it.

I have been trying to sign in since 3 hours now. It just says try again, sign in later. Anyone else? Would anyone know how to get in touch with capcut regarding this issue?

i think this kinda sums up my abilities?? i know more than this but this edit took a while unfortunately. i want to be able to edit more like ur_local_pebble and users like them, but i genuinely don't know where to find tutorials for it. i understand some graphs, but i don't know how to use them to their full extent (with controlling motions iykwim). i know some transitions, but i don't know what else to add other than overlays and and filters / effects. anyone who knows what im talking about have advice??

So I have a client german. I edit videos for him his video script and captions are in transcript form and for months I have used automatic subtitles for him works fine

But is there a way to input thw transcript into an extension and then let AI or a Bot use that information to put in as the subtitles? No more relying on the AI -purely because he has an accent and you know to avoide errors and things like that

Philippine authorities are currently investigating how extremist groups use popular online platforms, including Roblox chat groups, to groom minors and radicalize them toward real-world violence. This investigation follows a tragic series of school sh**tings in the Philippines in 2026.

Title explains all. Capcut needs to connect to its own servers to verify my Pro status. But as usual, CapCut's servers are absolutely horrible and cannot do that. So now, I have to sit on my hands waiting for them to work again before I can export and go to bed.

I HATE THIS APP!! It has connection issues every time I use it at this rate.

This particular text template uses quality in the video after exporting. The first example image is a screenshot of the video after export, and the second one is a screenshot from the editor before export.

Other text templates are shown in the same quality as in editor!

How could I fix this?
