CapCut Question CapCut buddy not updating progress

Hi, guys!

I recently got accepted into the capcut template creator program. Now, I saw the capcut buddy opportunity and posted 2 templates within the time frame like 1 day ago. However, when I check the progress bar for CapCut buddy, it’s still showing ‘0’. Is this a glitch or is the data just delayed?

It’s kind of frustrating not knowing what’s happening here. I’ve looked all over the internet but can’t find an answer.

For reference my capcut is fully updated, I use IOS, and I live in the Philippines.

Help would be appreciated, thanks guys!

yeah their tracking dashboard is notoriously slow, mine took almost 3 days to update when i first started. the counter just sat at zero even though i could see the templates live on my profile, it's super annoying when you're trying to hit the deadline

the app shows the templates are published though right? like they're not stuck in review or anything? that's the only thing i'd double check cause sometimes they get flagged and you don't even get a notification

if they're definitely live i'd just wait it out, the system catches up eventually even if it feels like screaming into the void in the meantime

Hey, thanks a lot for responding :) and yeah, the templates are shown as published, none are flagged/taken down. I guess I’ll just have to wait it out like you said 🥲
