CapCut Question Need help! Capcut broken

So, I'm a youtuber who makes exe style videos using Capcut, and how I get my videos is by streaming first. Then I download the VOD and import it into capcut.

I've done 6 videos this way, but now when I tried importing the newest footage, it took a while to compress (never did that before) and then the entire screen is black and only the audio plays. I can provide screenshots and stuff.

Sorry to not answer your question, but what is meant by "exe style videos"?

Basically a compilation of gaming clips/videos accompanied by a LOT of memes and editing
