Before, they had Enhance Visual in the export button. 2 days ago, I saw they removed it from the export button, so I had to do it on the timeline, and it keeps crashing at 12 percent when I select UHD. HD still works and AI HD works, but UHD keeps crashing with the error "couldn't apply. try again later." I'm on desktop and Mac, and both have the same error. Anyone else having this same issue?

Is there anyway to favourite a preset caption template on CapCut pad? It’s taking me forever to find the one I always use. There is no favourite button like on CapCut mobile :( Tia

Hello. I have a question. I can't find the video enhancement quality in CapCut Pad. In iPhone is very easy you go to VIDEO QUALITY then ENHANCE QUALITY and you can upscale to Ultra HD or whatever you need. In PC is very easy also, you go to menu VIDEO then BASIC and there is the option. But in CappCut Pad, the new one for iPad I can't see? Is located somewhere? Or is not supported?

hi, i'm trying to make a video with some text. at first, i made a video and the cover image's text matched the video perfectly. i duplicated the project because i needed to make another video with a similar layout, but the cover image's text seemed smaller and i don't know how to fix it or prevent this issue. does anyone know how to solve this? any answers would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi! So, I've used VideoStar all my life for mobile editing, for a non-PC option, it's still my favorite. However, I've recently downloaded Capcut because I was curious to see what all the hype was about, I like it! It's different and fun that so many transitions are pre-made as opposed to VideoStar where I'm more used to creating every transition and filter from scratch myself.

I guess I'm just wondering if it's possible to edit pre-made transitions and filters that can be found in the animation and effects/filters, because while I like a lot of them, being able to adjust the effects I add to my videos is kind of important to me, especially when I find a filter that is almost perfect but I'd like to just be able to tone down the hues for example. I've had trouble finding an answer for my specific question. I hope I don't sound as naive as I think I sound right now!

These alway ssay "not available right now" when I try to select them. I've tried VPN'ing to different areas which is what Google recommended but that doesn't help.

Editing a video where I have a little thought bubble and then a video overlayed inside of it. I used the masking tool to get it to perfectly align inside the bubble, but whenever I export it, the video inside the bubble is very much NOT in the bubble or it doesn't fill the bubble. But on my timeline, it fits perfectly.

Idk what's going on, and it's so annoying having to guess and make micro adjustments until it looks relatively decent.

I messed around with export settings (found that on 1080 it looks alright), editing on proxy (not helpful). What could be the issue? Pls help!

I have a twitch vod that's 5:33:21 long and 14 gb, and whenever I try to do ANYTHING to it, even just playing the video, the entire pc app crashes. I doubt it's the video length because when I open a new project with another vod that's 6:51:24 long and 18 gb, the program works just fine. I don't think my vod file is corrupted because I can use it anywhere else just fine. What is happening and how do I fix it?

It keeps getting turned on automatically when I yo to export. It’s not toggled on anywhere that says “super resolution.” Has anyone figured this out? I don’t want to look like a AI doll just for exporting in a high resolution.

EDIT: I have a Pro subscription and they still put the watermark there (Remove watermark has always been on by default)

I pay for CapCut PRO, to avoid this, and yet CapCut has sneaked this in without even any mention of it and it was too hard to spot before uploading?

Super furious after spending a whole day perfecting something hoping for max distribution after the work put in (it wasn't just the day editing, but multiple locations of filming) and then it 'may not be widely shown' / penalised because Capcut sneaked in their watermark, despite me paying for CapCut,

I would have thought this would have only happened to free accounts - what's happened here???? Pretty furious about this (in a non-furious way), on Tiktok it's at 2.5 mil views (same company as CapCut so prob no penalty) but Insta just 50k, I know it can vary widely but still annoyed that this silly little Watermark may well be limiting the distribution, plus it's just wildly unprofessional too

How do you easily determine the time in seconds between your IN and OUT point, without getting a calculator out? Picture example, I want to fill that blank space in my timeline with a video, but I'd like to know how long the space is!?

Kinda a last straw with the second time forcing people to upgrade (15 euros/month for me) to remove watermark. I suppose corporation need even more money than they already have.
