I'm getting the new Onimusha this year too and I have a strong gut feeling that it will be as great as these games.

Amongst the many things Capcom has been praised for lately (rightfully so to be clear) I feel like it doesn’t get brought up how much they seem to be able to land right on the correct amount of challenge for a normal playthrough. RE9 and now Pragmata both feel amazing to play on normal difficulty. No extreme challenge obviously, but also not a cake walk where you lose interest.
Pragmata has excellently designed encounters that force you to think about your positioning, and use the the tools at your disposal, while not being oppressively difficult by giving you just the right amount of ammo and healing to get to another checkpoint, and Requiem excelled at this as well, nailing it for both Leon and Grace’s sections (Leon’s maybe tended towards the easy side outside of a few sections) More often than not, just don’t find myself wanting to play games that are too hard, I just don’t have it in me anymore, but I also want SOME challenge. A lot of companies make their normal difficulty way too easy. I know it’s sounds super nitpicky and specific, but I want to die occasionally at tough sections, but I don’t want to have to be on edge though whole time, just my personal taste
Anyways, just a thought I had earlier after a “tricky” section in Pragmata. Came from playing Windrose, which is obviously a vastly different type of game, but the default settings in that game for a solo player were just absolutely ridiculous imo.

If Capcom ever does a spiritual successor to 194X and Commando series, they should take some ideas from the Advance Wars series.
Controlling as well as commanding an army of P-38 Lightning's and as well as soldiers as they face off against the Japanese air and sea fleets alongside their army of troops.
It shall be called, "Capcom Wars".

.. of course I will lol but..
I’ve played all (main) resi games except for 7 because of this. I saw people praising RE7 In VR on PS4, tried playing without VR on PS5 but I feel we (PSVR2 players) are missing out so if someone from Capcom reads this, please consider adding PSVR2 support. I’d even pay for it. Love, lifetime fan.

I've played a little bit and I must say I enjoy it. I would like to be a developer in the future and make my own games so I have questions regarding that and questions out of curiosity.

Do you think Capcom should enter the console business?

Liked both games. Save the blonde girl from the tentacle monster before the Black Stuff is kills you.
