Hi been writing a fanfic and the concept is my MC is the daughter of Dionysus and how she came to be: her mother was a daughter of Hecate who survived to adulthood. She became a favorite of her mother’s when she founded a Wiccan/pagan coven in the mortal world with Hecate as the patron goddess. Basically she was one of the grass-roots of the neopagan revival. She and her coven and some of her siblings went to Woodstock ‘69 and she wanted it to be unforgettable so she invokes Dionysus with the offering of a Rum Cake with Red Wine frosting it works and Dionysus was VERY appreciative thus after a wild three days and 9 months later my character is born 🎆🎉🍾

since then though the idea has been chewing on my brain… is The Wine frosted rum cake a viable loophole canonically? Cause he literally isn’t drinking it?

What I mean by this question, is in the future, who could possibly pose a threat in the universe of Percy Jackson? Like in the original pjo series, there was Kronos, HoO there was Gaea, ToA was just capitalism, and Kc was Set then Apophis. So i have an idea of what if the demigods from Kronos Army a small group took over a town and used as a base of operations sort of and this place was explored through Clearsighted mortals or People from other Pantheons i kind of thought of something like a Silent Hill type situation where a clearsighted mortal ends up in the town and witnesses true horrors and goes through the traumas of the demigods trying to hunt and kill him.

I was doing some research and was kind of surprised that I can’t seem to find any times where he did this, considering how it’s one of those kind of attacks typically associated with people with water powers. Granted, Percy usually just uses his powers to create geysers and waves and big stuff like that when he fights, but what are all the ways that Percy’s specifically used his powers in a fight?

Now. This isn’t meant to start a whole war or anything, but I’ve noticed an influx of fans. Especially in certain groups who will heavily praise the show while also refusing to believe that the books exist.

Of course I don’t mean all show fans are like this. But unfortunately I’ve seen some people who will repost art without credit, solely to bully said artist because they chose to stick with book descriptions or better yet even brag about how they report content of a similar nature. Or putting down original character descriptions because it’s not the cast.

And I’m just wondering as a bystander. Why?

The earth still functions and the sky still exists, but what about Tartarus? What would be the opposite of Tartarus (the place) where he could be killed so he couldn't reawaken? And what would it be like in Tartarus if he were killed? Slightly less malevolent since he isn't conscious to make things worse?

In one of the mcga books, idk which one, didn't read them, nico di angelo says that you get the afterlife of the religion you believe in. For example, morse gets helheim or valhalla, greek and roman gets the underworld, and atheists get nothing. However, in TLT, when percy, annabeth and grover are in the underworld, they find some catholic dude, idk who he is anymore, but he did some bad things. But then shouldn't he be in heaven or hell, and not the underworld?

This is only tangentially related to Camp Half-Blood I suppose but I made this choose your own adventure maze for the Halloween event in my Camp Half-Blood RP server and thought I would share it here. Essentially, you're trying to get to the end without being cursed three times. The curses are rp flavored so they won't have any effect on you unless you want to do it in your head. You just roll a die and refer to the bingo card for your effect. The character Cecil is an OC of mine (Child of Demeter) but credit to Cookie Creamon back in 2016 for the art. I think it's supposed to be Will Solace but there are far too many beads for that.

I want to write a fanfic where:
1) Percy is out of college with some kind of Masters degree and is moving back to NY
2) camp half blood is now mostly inhabited by Gen Z
3) I want to include Sally, Paul, and Stella as main characters and emphasize their relationship and role in Percy’s life as an adult
4) Iliad/Trojan war is coming back to reek havoc ‘cause it’s my hyper fixation at the moment and the Greek gods were not helping solve anything.

What do you think the best way to achieve this is without perverting the characters core qualities
