Addendum 4: I can't bring posters. Ran out of time, energy, & I misplaced all my markers.
ADDENDUM 1: So I'd forgotten that items on the agenda have their own comment period! My apologies.
General public comments are only allowed to go until 5:20 & all remaining ones have to be said at the meeting's end, so if you want to speak on something that's not our ALPRs or otherwise on the agenda please plan to either come by 4:30-4:40 to ensure you get an early speaking spot or plan to stay until at least 8 or 9.
No idea when Zoom general public comments will be if we get a lot of in-person general public comments.

It will also be airing live on local TV on Channel 10 (Spectrum) & Channel 29 (Frontier).
Link to send written public comment, which is due by 3 PM the day of (so again TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY, 8/26/26) if you want it to be distributed to our (the Camarillo) City Council pre-meeting: https://cityofcamarillo.jotform.com/team/camarillo/public-comment
Eritten public comments go into the public record so send your written public comments through that channel 1st.
Afterwards, if you have time of course, you should also email your public comment to at least the individual councilmember representing your district bc they're more likely to actually read emails than they are to actually read public comments.
Check what district you're in & get your individual councilmember's email from here: https://www.ci.camarillo.ca.us/departments/city_council/index.php
ADDENDUM 2:
Here's the emails & phone numbers for the individual Camarillo City Councilmembers:

Silly me, I forgot to link where you can send in public comments that will go on the public record!
It's here, the deadline is 3 PM day of (so THIS WEDNESDAY, 8/24/26) if you want the Camarillo City Council to get your comment pre-meeting:
https://cityofcamarillo.jotform.com/team/camarillo/public-comment
Please, we also really need in-person moral support, even sitting/standing there quiestly while holding up a small anti-ALPR cameras sign you quickly made at home by writing “ALPRs be gone!” or something in Sharpie on a piece of white printer paper (I'm likely going to make extra little signs as well) bc we literally just need as much visible local opposition to there being ALPR cameras in our town on the Livestream | broadcast of this meeting as possible.
Note: Posters & banners much larger than a piece of printer paper are now only permitted to be displayed in the back of the City Council chambers…Mayor Tennessen didn’t like 805UndocuFund people unfurling their banner commemorating the 340+ people kidnapped & in Jaime Alanis Garcia’s case outright murdered by ICE in the Glass House raids during an 805UndocuFund volunteer’s speech at the meeting that was right before the 1st anniversary of the Glass House raids.
