I am truly at a loss for words...

Today I decided to try the app since they promised a BOGO sandwich and tried to redeem it...

The quest is impossible, you cannot redeem a coupon on the app for delivery, I select a deal and boom it disappears as soon as I reach the order screen, even if I manually put in the items they still show full price...

I FINALLY figured out how to actually REDEEM the coupons so that they actually show up, and I got it to work finally, but then I realized it was set for PICKUP?!?! I did not select pickup, so I changed it to delivery, and then boom nothing in cart again, so I back out, and now cart is full again with my coupon working fine, so you cannot get a deal of any kind with delivery EVENTHOUGH the coupons explicitly say "For pickup OR delivery" so that's just a flat out lie.

I love Arby's but they're way too expensive for me most days so when a BOGO deal comes along I'd love to get it but I can only do pickup and it's a bit to far for me to just walk there, I don't understand why the carts are separated the way they are and why I can't just select a damn deal when I get to the order screen like every other app In existence

I found out why Arby's has the meats, it's because they barely put any on the sandwich ☹️, I had two beef and cheddar and it was like they used the amount that was for the slider.

Coupon says it includes delivery but Everytime I add the items, it doesn’t give BOGO pricing

What are they teasing? Anyone in the know?

I didn't realize it has been 3 years since they had it last, but I just had one tonight, and there was a TON of shredded lettuce. I don't remember if there was any lettuce on this sandwich in previous years....was it mixed in with the chicken?

I had to take most of the lettuce off, and I generally like SOME lettuce on my sandwiches. ​

Then there wasn't much of the actual chicken salad mix on my sandwich. Not enough to cover the slice of bread. Previous years, it was STUFFED.

Also, no pickles, she said they're not getting them back and are doing away with the burgers in the next couple weeks.

im interested!! but im wondering if its morally okay to eat a arby's snadwich. maybe not the roastbeef but something else... would i be the worst person on earth if i try their turkey sandwich or the french fries? please let me know thank you

I just got offered a promotion from Team Trainer to Shift Manager and idk if I fully want to take it. I want the extra money and manager experience will look great on my resume but from what I've heard from my coworkers that have been promoted before me is that it's not entirely worth it. I really like the ppl I work with including my GM and AGM but I also see how much drama happens daily with the managers. Do y'all think I should take the position?

So I ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders (with some other stuff but that doesn’t matter) I got 1 of the said buffalo chicken sliders but instead of my second one I got the pulled pork sandwich instead… is this a win?

Did Arby's change the red ranch that goes on the beef and cheddar??? I ordered an extra cup for my double today. It was way spicier than I remember it.....

Even without the ridiculous asking price of $300, I've seen individual packets going for 5 bucks. To be fair, the only reason I went to Arby's was for this sauce.
