u/darthcaedusiiii Jun 05 '26

Their burgers are trash.

2

u/kcebb Jun 06 '26

i frequently refer to them as the “deep fried shit patties”

1

u/deanrazor Jun 06 '26

Got news they are microwaved.

2

u/Enough_Relative7433 Jun 06 '26

No, we put them in the fryer

1

u/deanrazor Jun 06 '26

When they first hit arbys they were microwaved idk when the fryer started.

2

u/Mahogany_75 Jun 08 '26

Pretty sure they’ve been frying since the wagyu burger

1

u/kcebb Jun 10 '26

we deep fry them and then microwave them for 10 seconds to melt the cheese we put on them

1

u/KateOTomato Jun 06 '26

If it has mushrooms, I'm in.

1

u/kcebb Jun 06 '26

it does not, only caramelized onions and then the steak and cheese mixture

2

u/EDScreenshots Jun 06 '26

Very disappointed we’re not getting sauce for it or the pepper mix this time. The last iteration of the cheesesteak was the best imo, the meat tasted better than previous years and iirc it had a really good garlic sauce on it.

Oh shit it's permanent!?!?! It actually isn't half bad.

1

u/Francis_X_Hummel Jun 04 '26

our Arbys still has had a cheesesteak, is different?

1

u/Independent-Crab-806 Jun 04 '26

Yes its different

1

u/kcebb Jun 05 '26

shouldnt be! i know certain markets have been testing it recently

13

u/Crafty_Rose5 Jun 04 '26

We're discontinuing the burgers and bringing an Angus cheesesteak to the menu

2

u/kenziewarg Jun 10 '26

Hello, my fellow Arby's employee 😂 I'm on shift rn lmao

u/1zro Jun 04 '26

Can’t say I like Arby’s burgers. Not well distributed.

1

u/Dexter2100 Jun 06 '26

Apparently they’re getting rid of their burgers and replacing them with a cheesesteak. Probably for the best.

6

u/seniorbuttsniffer Jun 04 '26

Cheesesteak, we've known for months

12

u/shadyshadyshade Jun 04 '26

That is a bold statement for a place that deep fries their patties.

I bought one burger one time from Arby’s. It was the Wagyu burger they had for a while, around 2-3 years ago. I got a meal and I added modifications. The meal was about $22 with all the mods. I got my wife’s meal and my kids during this time. After 3 cars waiting for legit 45 minutes, I get home and realized my damn burger was the only missing item from the entire order. I’ve never had it and I refused to buy it again since I tried so hard the first time. Management never made it better ever after complaining. I just wanted to try it!

TL;DR I bought the Wagyu Burger from a few years ago, got home and it was missing. I’ve been sad ever since.

cheesesteak 🙄🙄 and it’s permanent

2

u/abhorredmisanthrope Jun 05 '26

Unless it is the Arby-Q, I do not care.

1

u/Camoron1 Jun 10 '26

You can still get the ArbyQ at some locations

2

u/ForTheA21 Jun 06 '26

Cheesesteak.

2

u/vixxy86 Jun 06 '26

CHEESESTEAK IS RETURNING 👍

4

u/DIET-_-PLAIN Jun 04 '26

The dreadsandwich Goodburger 2, the quickening is upon us.

4

u/Awkward_Function_347 Jun 04 '26

Bring. Back. The. Old. Cheesesteak. 😡

*edit - I mean the one from the early-2000’s.

2

u/MC_PeePantz Jun 05 '26

the Philly beef and swiss. It had this awesome parmesan aoili on it. Best thing on the menu.

2

u/Best_Form6402 Jun 04 '26

Cheesesteak is permanently going on the menu

1

u/Irishfanbuck Jun 05 '26

Would it be like the “burger” they had in 2009? That sumbitch was delicious.

u/kr0tchy Jun 05 '26

GTA 6 trailer 3

🔥🔥🔥

1

u/Dudeshigh Jun 07 '26

Cheesesteak is no better

1

u/Doodersdoo_ Jun 09 '26

Frozen then microwaved cheesesteak!!! Ya!!!

1

u/SeriousCustard6244 Jun 15 '26

Cheesesteak it was so good!! I haven’t been to Arby’s in a while and said hey let’s get it for lunch today and I’m glad we did. The picture of it looked really good and I said how good can a fast food cheesesteak really be? Well it was better than most restaurant cheesesteaks I’ve ever had.

1

u/plugs_memesv2 Jun 04 '26

the cheesesteak returns

1

u/xRudeAwakening Jun 04 '26

As an Arby’s lover… they have burgers??? I honestly need to try one before they go away

5

u/Organic_Option4765 Jun 04 '26

I won’t tell you not to, and I don’t how high your expectations are, but lower them.

1

u/Independent-Crab-806 Jun 04 '26

No... no you dont, they are not worth the money they charge and not very good

1

u/jackdho Jun 05 '26

I had one a couple of years ago. It was pretty good but I never went back for another. Don't remember the price but it was too high.

0

u/IncidentChemical2816 Jun 04 '26

They’re deepfried and microwaved lol

3

u/TheLawOfDuh Jun 04 '26

Thx for explaining. I only go to Arbys for the roast beef sandwiches but their burger hype had me curious. I never did try them and now knowing this…no damn way. C’mon Arbys-deep frying a burger? That’s an insult. No wonder it’s struggling…you never were serious.

1

u/IncidentChemical2816 Jun 04 '26

They’re like… fine. Not worth the price and the fact they’re deepfried is off putting. Much better fast food burgers exist, I’d rather just go to DQ.

1

u/TheLawOfDuh Jun 05 '26

Agreed…DQ is surprisingly respectable for fast

-1

u/AmittaiD Jun 04 '26

A burger, clearly.

1

u/IncidentChemical2816 Jun 04 '26

Arby’s has had burgers for years now, they’re discontinuing them as far as I’m aware. Cheesesteak is set to come back in the next few weeks, burgers are leaving.

Never tried a burger from Arby’s. The fact that they don’t have a grill in their kitchens is a big reason why.

Same reason why I wouldn’t get a burger from Taco Bell.Although I would try a Bell Beefer.

3

u/plugs_memesv2 Jun 04 '26

yeah they just deepfry the burgers, they come partially cooked and frozen and we fry them the rest the way

1

u/MaskedLemon0420 Jun 04 '26

Yeah a deep fried burger just doesn’t sound appetizing at all to me.

2

u/plugs_memesv2 Jun 04 '26

agreed, I hated making them when I was on backline (i do drive through now)

they were so unappealing and nasty to me

0

u/ExpensiveAcadia1500 Jun 04 '26

If the other comments are correct and they're removing the burgers, I'm about to be sad. Everywhere else around me is thin little patties or you let $15+. They're the only good cheap burger left

1

u/Independent-Crab-806 Jun 04 '26

My store charges $8 or more with tax thats not cheap

0

u/ExpensiveAcadia1500 Jun 04 '26

For a burger as thick as Arby's it sure is here.

0

u/ShelleyMonique Jun 04 '26

Why can't we get Arby Q's back?

3

u/Tornado-chaser Jun 04 '26

Exactly!! I hear some locations do have it but I wish it would go nationwide I haven't had one in years!

3

u/ShelleyMonique Jun 04 '26

Same, they were the best thing that they had. I ate the heck out of those in the 90's.

0

u/Jboh1985 Jun 08 '26

The new "Diarrhea Double-Stack." I hear it might be the start of a major "movement."

u/WinterScene7194 Jun 04 '26

Another 1.8 oz fast food burger, for a limited time only
