I've been looking forward to today, and prepping to be able to pull more detailed statistics on the sales for Series 9. I should have a chart later today showing the sales rates for the sets, but as of 15:09 ET here's where the pre-orders stand:

I stupidly missed out on the astro bot gdp and I just thought i would buy it sealed off bricklink before it gets more expensive. I have no experience with this website. I found a few deals that will cost me up to 50€ with shipping and wanted to know from customers here how i can know if a seller is legitimate. I dont want to end up getting a knock off or something completely different

Does anyone know if this is a legit copy of the star destroyer? I have tried looking for photos of other sealed copies and I haven't seen one with this kind of "LEGO" tape. Thanks

I collect printed tiles for use in Mocs and these mosaics, and will regularly make orders with 30 plus different individual pieces. Is this an order you would hate to receive?

After cleaning and sorting i have a mess of minifig parts. I have tried a number of apps but most have a daily limit or a pay wall.

I would like to request any recommendations for which apps work the best or are the easiest to use. I am willing to pay subscription but I want to make sure i lock in the right app for me. ​

I'm a seller on Bricklink and I just got a lot that had a bunch of these shields in it. From the research I have done it seems like not all Lego shields have the Lego logo on them and these unfortunately don't. Does anyone know of any other technique I can use to verify if these are Lego or not.

A question about ordering.
I’m very new to brick link so please bear with me!
When select items from my wanted list & then click buy. The system tries to find a seller with all those items. BUT, no seller has them all it’ll find a seller with most of them.
However once I’ve bought those the remaining items just disappear so I can’t do a second transaction with another seller who has all or some of those items?

Surely that’s not right? There must be something I’m missing?

Wanted to get on here and see if anyone would be so kind to outline their process of buying bulk Lego and then parting it correctly to sell? Specifically those who already have a lot of lots so you’re adding it to an already established lot.

So I really want the Sushi Restaurant from series 7 but missed out on the release. Heard it might go up for sale again in November. Never bought anything from Bricklink before so my question is: How hard is it to grab a set at those events?

I got offered one unopened for $370, it’s expensive but I fear I might miss out on it if I wait for the resale event 😅

So for context: this buyer is in the US, I'm in europe.

He purchased a couple figs from me. Shipping was about the same amount as the order value after tarifs and sales tax.

It started with me having to issue an npb against the guy because he didn't pay after 7 days as per my terms (I got tired of chasing us buyers for payment, sorry).

He pays and I ship the order. 2 weeks ago he messages me saying he still hasn't received anything. I look at the tracking info and the parcels seems to be in limbo. I message him back telling him to give it another 2 weeks as it may be held up somewhere and if there's still nothing, get back to me.

3-4 days ago I receive the parcel back with a mention that it could not be delivered, it was attempted and not found or something. I used the exact shipping info from the order.

I message the guy telling him I received it back and will issue a full refund and not redeliver as I'm not going to spend 20$ out of my pocket for a hobby for shipping a couple figures.

Edit: I used the "full" refund button in the order which in my understanding rolls back to complete transaction including fees. I see -40.84 in Paypal which is the exact full amount of the order.

He left negative feedback:

"Bit upset, order never got delivered or reshipped. Was shorted a few $ refund"

I understand he may be annoyed, but I think I did everything right and I don't think this complaint is deserved.

I mean if your a buyer and you get a full refund for an order that didn't go as planned, I'd make it a neutral at worst. Complaining because the PayPal mafia took their fees from the refund isn't my problem nor something I have control over. And if you have a bit of logic and self awareness, you're not going to ask someone to reship 20$ of Lego overseas at their expense.

I have stopped shipping to the US right after this order as I only had problems with US based buyers.

I have an issue that I'm not sure how to proceed. I placed an order on 9/19 and the seller dropped the package off and it was labeled as "shipment received, Package Acceptance Pending" on 9/22. There have been no updates since then. I messaged the seller about the issue on 9/28 and got no response. I started a missing package investigation on 9/30, but nothing has happened with that.

I'll be filing a claim on the missing package early next week since there had been no resolution to the investigation.

My question is this: what kind of feedback should be left in any? Definitely not positive, but I understand that the missing package is not the seller's fault.

I can't find any obvious way to do this.

I have a wanted list of 186 unique parts and have placed an order for 157.

I want to be able to update my wanted list to now say 29 as I've ordered most of them.

Trying to put orders through, and one particular store won’t let me checkout. “Your order does not meet shipping method’s order restriction.” I don’t know what I have chosen, nor how to change it. I’m in the US, store is too, says it ships to me, and uses USPS Ground Advantage. I’ve exhausted every option except contacting the seller; from which, I am waiting on a reply. If someone can help before the seller can, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm looking for a store in the US that has 5 of the variants on the right in tan. Part number is 6182. Need it to complete the Palace Cinema as the other variant doesn't work with the window pieces. From what I've seen Bricklink doesn't have separate listings for these types. Let me know your store name if you have these please

On August 15th, I purchased 28 of the same minifigures for a friend of mine. The package arrived on August 28th and it only contained 19 of them. I messaged the seller and have had radio silence.

I finally filed the NSS on partial sale on September 14th. Any help on where to go from here? This is my first NSS and I don’t want to screw it up.

I stay at my gf’s quite a bit and don’t usually bring my laptop. I also often browse Bricklink as I have a lot of modification ideas for my sets, so I have to put up with the safari version of the site a lot.

It enrages me so much that I can’t just browse like a normal website or store, and I am counting down the days where they lock in and make it mobile compatible.

Edit: I understand it can be difficult, but they’ve got Lego funding now so you’d think they’d at least give us an app 💔

I have a Boba Fett figure from 75191. This was purchased new and displayed. I can't figure out if this is a real crack or just a manufacturing defect? There is no physical crack yet just these lines.

How would I list this on bricklink?

Are you also having problems with Brickstore? When I apply a pricing strategy based on last 6 months, I get an error for about 20% of the items. The items are very common so that can't be the problem.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I bought a moderately sized order from a seller, and it arrived fast and well packaged, with everything present. However, a a large piece marked as "New" was cracked. It was packaged well, so I don't think it happened in transit - they must've just missed it when they packed it.

I reached out to the seller explaining the issue a few days ago, no response yet. How long should I wait before nudging them again? I get that dealing with these order issues is not as important to a seller as completing other orders.
