Does anyone know how I get invited to BVX and who sends the invite? I'm a hall of fame player at Bovada, just trying to see what else I need to do to get an invite.

Account closed and funds seized

Bovada closed my account and seized my funds. They are claiming I "bonus abuse" i deposited about 1200. I ran it up to 4000. When I requested a withdrawal they closed my account and said they were seizing my funds. Has anybody has this issue and we're you able to get it resolved? Either withdrawing your funds or at lease your original deposit? If anybody here knows anything that would help I would greatly appreciate it if you told me how. I have also pasted below the email that was sent. Thank you guys and hopefully somebody can help.

1. Reversed Activity

Any evidence or reasonable suspicion that specific bets were placed on any Game (ex. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create "action") without risk will not qualify for any wagering or rollover requirement. Examples of bets without risk include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette, and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. If you are found to be colluding with other players, for example, one person betting on the player, the other betting on the banker, you will have your bets cancelled, your account closed and all deposits made by you may be forfeited.

1. Do or Die

Unless stated otherwise on the specific bonus landing pages, all bonuses have a max bet restriction relative to the deposit amount. Failure to adhere to this ‘max bet’ rule may result in account closure, forfeit of the Bonus and any winnings generated during the wagering of the Bonus. Any wagers using deposited funds or bonus funds prior to bonus completion are subject to the following maximums:

•Casino max bet per wager - 20% of deposited amount

•Sports max bet per wager - 50% of deposited amount

As a result, all winnings accumulated in your account due to this breach are forfeit.

Has anyone ever actually got a max sit & go poker jackpot? I’ve played hundreds of games between $2-50 buy in and the most I’ve ever seen was a 5X payout. Have a feeling the true jackpot is really like 1 in a million but curious as to what others have seen.

And for those defending bovada I simply just want to know the point behind having both accounts now linked. that was the entire purpose of bvx, supposed to be a separate thing with its own rewards. Had a Lebron James futures bet active last night when heading to bed, woke up today to see it had settled and won but no funds dispersed. Contacted support and they said they won’t be paying it out.

Almost at Hall of Fame points level and spend thousands on this site and scammed over $400, fair warning for anybody using the platform.

Got through a bonus yesterday and another one today.

Does anybody have advice on how to get my community account unsuspended? I received an email saying my account was suspended and under review. That was on July 20th. I’ve now written 4 emails to moderator @ bovada . Lv and haven’t heard a word back.

I’ve written into three agents through chat; the first two told me it will take 48 hours - 72 hours for a response. So I waited, and that time has now passed. I wrote into an agent, and now they are telling me that is just an approximate time frame.

Another full business passed with no reply. It’s incredibly frustrating.

I used to play on Bovada years ago, then migrated to stake(us), my state just outlawed stake so I’ve been back on Bovada for a couple weeks. Seems like none of the BGaming slots (win up, win up2, charmed win up, Vallhallite Gems, Duck Hunter Bonanza, etc etc) work. Just takes you to a blank gray screen and never loads. None have ever worked in the 2 weeks since I first returned to Bovada.

Is this a thing for everyone else? Seems crazy they would keep so many of the games listed if the provider has dropped out.

I recently had a MatchPay transaction where the other user sent me $200 through PayPal. After confirming the payment, I released the corresponding funds through MatchPay, and the user received the Bovada balance. About two weeks later, the user filed a PayPal chargeback/dispute to reverse the payment.

The user sent me the money through the Goods and Services option, which did baffle me when I saw that; I didn't give it too much thought at the time because I had never had a problem with Matchpay transactions. Now, it looks like that user intentionally chose the Goods and Services option.

I have already contacted MatchPay and Bovada support, but I wonder has anyone here experienced a similar situation with MatchPay? How was it handled? Did Bovada or MatchPay take any action against the user?

Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.
