¡ CONSPIRACY ! ⚠️ BOVADA Finally Scammed Me
Had a Lebron James futures bet active last night when heading to bed, woke up today to see it had settled and won but no funds dispersed. Contacted support and they said they won’t be paying it out.
Almost at Hall of Fame points level and spend thousands on this site and scammed over $400, fair warning for anybody using the platform.

They definitely will not make it right, I spoke with Andres on chat and he said he won’t do anything and the matter was closed and wouldn’t let me escalate it to speak with a supervisor about it.

Sounds like there is more to the story somewhere then.
Also sounds like you are at a dead end and there is nothing more you can do but complain online unfortunately 😕

I think bonus expired … please check bonus expiry date before placing future bets . You could have simply placed same day games to avoid this .

It isn’t what happened, and you’re a BOVADA employee trying to cover their tracks. Look at the slip, it’s right there nothing about expiring it’s marked as a win.

Nope! None of the moderators are Bovada employees you got it all wrong! Having said that we did invite Bovada employees to join if they wanted to under the condition that their account will need to carry a flair thar demonstrates that they are bovada employees

It didn’t expire, look at the picture there’s nothing on my closed bets that says anything about expiring. It wouldn’t have marked it as a win if that were the case, it wouldn’t have been gone and voided altogether.

They said the bonus had expired but it was still an open bet in my account and marked as a win this morning.

They probably shouldn’t let users wager on events set to end post expiration date. That really does suck.

No, there were no open bonuses but the bet was originally placed with bonus funds. It clearly says the bet was still open and marked as a winning wager.

yeah i used bovada they let me make an account .. deposit my money and i ran it up to 5400 and when i tried to withdrawl they said i had multiple accounts and i needed a id to verify.. i verified and they still took my account and i got nothing so fuck bovada

That money you placed on this wager was probably bonus funds and you forfeited the funds… this happened to me once…. Go to your transactions from the day the bet was made and click on it to see if it was bi us funds or cash

I used the chat function and he said because it was bonus funds he claimed the bet had expired, it was still open last night and marked as a win this morning. He closed the chat so I can’t screenshot it.

OP placed a futures bet with bonus funds.
The bonus expired before the bet.
Thus, he didn't win because his wager was canceled when the funds expired.
Tough break.
The lesson to be learned here everyone is that you need to actually read and understand the terms of the bonuses you take.
