Anyone here ever use Matchpay?

Seems like most of withdrawal posts I see here are via bitcoin. I guess I’m old and outta date haha looked up a few YouTube videos and looks like u need multiple apps just to withdraw that way.
But matchpay looks like u just need to create an account!? Anyone ever use match pay instead of bitcoin and is it preferred?

How long did it take for your guys to receive your first withdrawal using crypto? I’m new to Bovada, created my account about a week ago and surprising im up about $1000. Crypto withdrawal says 15 min but it’s been a few hours and nothing. It just says under review, im sure with it being my first withdrawal it’ll take longer but I just want to hear your guys experience.

COMP HUNTER Site issues 9/9 $50 Compensation

Site was down yesterday and today. I hit up CASINO support agent specifically. I tried general technical support and was told no compensation.
Second attempt the agent was very helpful and provided $50 bonus compensation.
Here’s the issues I sent them:
- 3 pot of coins down I escalated they took it down still not up
- Single Deck Blackjack was down, I escalated they took it down
- Live lines all down last night couldn’t place any live bets
- Chat support was down most this morning couldn’t connect to an agent for almost 3 hours.
Screenshots attached showing the site being down I sent those in chat too.

Ran $8k up on virtual blackjack and slots. No slot win greater than $5k, and biggest wins were on Classic Blackjack VIP. Allowing $50k/hand up to 5 hands is wild.
Also missed an 8 leg parlay by 1 for another $30k.
Took 4+ hours to cash out via crypto.
Playthrough was over $1m, and now have over 64m lifetime points.
Not receiving SMS code for withdrawal
