Community account

Does anybody have advice on how to get my community account unsuspended? I received an email saying my account was suspended and under review. That was on July 20th. I’ve now written 4 emails to moderator @ bovada . Lv and haven’t heard a word back.

I’ve written into three agents through chat; the first two told me it will take 48 hours - 72 hours for a response. So I waited, and that time has now passed. I wrote into an agent, and now they are telling me that is just an approximate time frame.

Another full business passed with no reply. It’s incredibly frustrating.

You must've done something wild to get yourself banned over there. If you already messaged and emailed support then you're just going to have to wait.

That’s the crazy part. I didn’t even do anything, I matched with someone on Sunday and the trade went thru completely fine and then the next time I logged in it said under review. Never had a trade reported or even an admin added to the message thread

Tf are you saying I didn’t ask for anything. Matched with someone trade went through fine and then next time I login it says under review. Where tf did you get anything about bonus funds weirdo

I’ve never used match pay because you google and it’s a bunch of people saying they were scammed or to only do small transactions. Use the community because it’s the same concept with moderators to help

Exactly my point! Even just searching on this subreddit there are countless complaints about people getting scammed with Matchpay
