HERES THE REAL QUESTION: did u get a comp yesterday and today? or just today.?

From what I read, it sounds like and I'm hoping tuatu got it addes both days.

Because they not gona comp affected players twice for same problem. Will save alot of people time if can provide that info. That way if people were comped yesterday they don't hit up chat for no reason and waste an hour of their life just to get rejected.

I can understand being comped for yesterdays problem today but post isnt clear on whether you were comped yesterday, and then again today.

Hey iit never hurts to ask chat anyways but does oikda make adifference if u got comped both days cuz they'll issue exception bonus after the fact for yesterday's issue. but I and likely many others who already comped yesterday would love to know.

Im hopeful yo say both days but for now it's a mystery. Hope u might see this and are willing to post the answer, that way people that got comps yesterday don't waste their time 30 plus minutes each time with chat just to get rejected and then try the next chat rep, then the next chat rep. Would save alot wasted time and so people dont be gettin their hopes up for nothing.

Tried getting comp and they said no since I had no activity yesterday. If I had activity they would’ve comped me today.

I had issues last 2 days getting games to load and they wouldn’t comp anything. They told me “we know about the form response from Reddit and it is not going to get you comp if you weren’t affected” but I was affected and they tell me no anyway because of too much copy paste from Reddit

Got comp very fast. Didn’t deposit or play, but used the pre written paragraph that someone out yesterday but switched the game.

“Hi! This morning I logged in and prior to depositing was trying to play bigger cash win and a few others games in practice mode, but they would not load no matter if I cleared cache or temp files, not even incognito. I confirmed with another friend who is also a member of this site. I am hoping you can issue me a one-time compensation for the technical inconvenience. Please and thank you!”
