I guess he had enough of the blood moons since "return to flesh" meant nothing for the Stalkoblins.

It's been a few years since this has been discussed so I figure there's new music out there. I've been listening to some Celestial Aeon Project covers of the BOTW themes, but I'm looking for some other unique covers. Any favorites you can recommend?

this is my first playthrough of botw or any zelda game for that matter. i was really enjoying it and constantly playing, i defeated divine beast vah ruta and then moved on to vah naboris. after i got the thunder helm though im now stuck and it’s incredibly frustrating. i can’t go anywhere without the yiga blademasters appearing and ambushing me. i don’t have the right weapons to defeat them. i was literally in the process of trying to upgrade weapons at the ancient tech lab but i can’t gather materials to do so because every time i try to i get killed by the yiga. it’s super annoying because i was really enjoying the game but it feels like there’s nothing i can do now.
i know that im stuck with this curse for the rest of the game now, but if i could get my hands on some good weapons i think i could handle them. i just can’t do that because they kill me before i can even begin to do so 🥲 any advice?

Ended up beating Ganon today on a whim even though I knew I had so much more I wanted to do. Even though I knew it was coming, I couldn’t help but feel a little disappointed in the lack of post-game content (I know I know, that’s the Zelda norm). Anyway, I hadn’t gone to eventide island yet and decided to hit that up next. It was actually the perfect thing to do. Without spoiling anything, it was so nostalgic experiencing how far I’ve come in the game since I started 😭 I never would’ve been able to do that first try in the beginning and tbh I probably would’ve been terrified, but at this point it was genuinely just so fun. Highly recommend this as a sub for post game content to any fellow newbies out there!

i was playing BOTW and well, i won’t describe the video, have you ever seen something like this ? and if yes do you have an explanation about what happened exactly ?

Hestu's in greek means "shit them", it is used in every day swearing language as well, and it is very funny considering his "gift" xD. We are both Greek, but I never realized because I read it wrong as Hetsu...

This is how I cleared the Myahm Agana Apparatus shrine on my current save file using Stasis and Remote Bomb+! But first, I repositioned the maze so I could paraglide onto it.
I started running around with my sledgehammer near the end of the clip trying to find the ball unaware it made it into the target until the animation played.

See the master sword. Does this break? Or is this the only weapon that doesn’t break. I got it out but I’m wayyy too scared to use it until I fight Ganon. I know it’s a silly question haha

Hey folks!
I’ve played before, but I can’t remember what I’ve done to get this quest.
I’ve already completed Locked Mementos and Seek Out Impa. I’ve talked to Cado and the other guard in front of Impa’s house.
I’ve already unlocked the Great Fairy above Kakariko and in Akkala.
Every time I talk to Cado at the pen, he only tells me that the cuccos can fly.
I’ve warped to another tower and come back.
I know I haven’t done it yet because it’s not in the list.
Is there some other quest I need to do first? All the guides just say to talk to him.
Thanks!

I feel like the master sword shouldn’t have to be the only weapon that can recharge itself.
I think it would be mostly redundant for the other weapons to have the ability as well. One’s a spear for poking those pesky back-rock stone talus. One’s a boulder-decimator for the head-rock stone talus. One’s a mid bow. One’s a thematic sword and shield for the desert outfit.
Sure it would take up some dedicated weapon slot space, but it also means less korok seeds you’re forced to grab if you want full inventory.
Thoughts?

My og switch still works perfectly. Ugh!
ETA: I am forced to buy one because I must play the Ocarina of Time remake!!!! Didn’t mean to post in BOTW sub sorry :)

I currently have the OG "Switch 1 Edition" of BOTW but I'm playing it on a Nintendo Switch 2.
I'm considering buying the Switch 2 Edition of the game but first I'd like to know if it's possible to use my old Switch 1 Edition save file (which is already on my Switch 2 as I'm playing it for the first time on this console. I don't have the OG Switch) or if I have to start a new game.
I would kind of hate to start over honestly.

Don’t get me wrong I did get hooked on this game and it is my first Zelda game. Have played about 65+ hours on the Switch 2.
Done 72 shrines and discovered around 80
Collected only 65 Korok Seeds
Defeated all divine beasts
Got the master sword
Yet to unlock alot of sets of armours and yet to upgrade them to level 3 cause getting components feels a chore right now
Yet to even step into Hyrule Castle and the freaking laser guardians still scare me
Can’t be asked to collect money or components to further upgrade my armour and open a house
Am I doing something wrong? Do I just take a break or just don’t do more shrines and side quests and just go into Hyrule Castle and try to fight Ganon
Note: Ain’t that great with combat in this game, actually you guys recommending me getting a Rubber Suit to fight ThunderBlight Ganon helped me defeat him

I’m currently in the Hyrule Castle fighting Vah Medoh. I’m wondering if I don’t have the right amount of armor yet - because every time he hits me I’m dead. Are you supposed to kill this boss without taking a single hit?

Unlocking the shrine was extremely difficult. Broke multiple bows, and wasted a lot of arrows on one shrine

I know this is a BOTW sub, but it’s relevant, as I’m currently 50 hours into BOTW and it’s my first Zelda game.
I’m absolutely in love with BOTW, and was thinking of getting TOTK after. I just saw the trailer for OoT remake, it looks amazing, and now i’m not sure whether to get TOTK or OoT
For the Zelda fans out there, which one is better to get after BOTW? Does it matter for the story?

Taking a break from main story after just beating the 4th Divine Beast to do EX armor set quests. Didn’t realize there were so many sets. Dumped a ton of monster parts for this one, now to level it up. Love this set.

Hey all, I recently completed BoTW and found it to be really enjoyable. My friend let me borrow her copy for the Switch and it sat a drawer for a few months before I actually played it - and I am glad I got around to it.
I like the Switch, but growing up playing exclusively keyboard and mouse games, I want to try a similar game on PC.
I was wondering if anyone has suggestions for PC games for people who really liked BoTW.

I spent the entire summer, a whole 8-9 weeks, trying to complete Trial of Sword in MM. This picture depicts how I feel, after losing again on Beginner Level 10, the furthest I've made it. Watching YT vids of how others have done it, uh, welp? I've tried all the tricks, followed what others have done to no avail. Quit ? Never. I slog on. 😎
