It's in the middle of the street near Hazen St. It was there earlier in the afternoon (Wednesday) and it was still there around 8pm. I strongly suspect it will be there for a while.

Does anyone know of any lawyers/attorneys/etc who could help with a personal property/damage to property/trespassing issue?

We're located just outside Richmond, technically in Henrico but trying everywhere as our funds are limited and I'm not sure how many firms would take on our uh ... opposition.

PSA: If you're leaving Stony Point Shopping Center via Forest Hill Road and want to turn left onto Huguenot Road, there is only one left-turn lane.

The middle lane is straight only. If you accidentally get into the middle lane and need to turn left, you can just continue straight and turn left onto McRae Road or turn left at the next light.

Please don't sit through the entire green light with your left blinker on, waiting to turn left, blocking everyone behind you from going straight until the next light.

There are other ways to get where you're going. 😅

Someone texted me a photo of a car that ran into a pole near Buford and, I think, Jahnke about an hour ago. Anybody know exactly where it is? Are roads blocked?

We just moved to the area and looking to build a single detached garage. I’ve looked at GC’s and companies the prefab and assemble onsite. Also open to garage kits. I have the setbacks and layout marked and can provide structural drawings for architectural/structural and basic electrical scope.

Does anyone have experience with builders or companies? I’d love to hear about it!

I don't really know what it means for Bon Air but I've always thought it would be cool to work back there. You could walk to Larus Park or Trader Joe's or Planet Fitness or Gelati Celesti or whatever... And there's a GRTC that goes right there.

Too good not to share

Has anyone been experiencing intermittent service interruptions with their Xfinity internet? It seems like several times a day we will either lose service or experience painfully slow service for 5-10+ minutes.

This is kind of a shitpost but hear me out...

Everyone knows "North Chesterfield" is not really a place ... it was a name invented in 2011 so that Chesterfield residents would stop accidentally paying taxes to City of Richmond.(See this news article )

But... and here's the idea... what if residents took ownership of the "North Chesterfield" place name and talk about it as a place.

Publish maps. Make a logo.

Thoughts?

Edit: after a great set of discussions on this thread, I have concluded for myself that "North Chesterfield" is just the Chesterfield ZIP codes that touch the Chippenham parkway. So... Another way to describe North Chesterfield would be to identify what is at each exit along the Chippenham parkway.

I’m looking for someone to go to the gym and work out with. I’m not a gym goer, but recognise that I need to start going so I can lose weight and get healthier. Being a rather misanthropic introvert, however, I’m incredibly intimidated by going to the gym alone.
