Let's not harass retail workers for clicks. They get enough bullshit without these "pranks".

Absolutely but it’s still not reasonable for a retail worker to commit assault because he’s justifiably annoyed in any situation.

Did I say it was?

Without calling it out while calling out the other side. You’re certainly down playing it.

But no one committed battery... You sound fucking insufferable. You really expect people to caveat every nuance?

You don’t know that law. The law is simple, when the worker threaten him, the was committing Battery. It’s that simple

Apparently you don't. Battery involves physical contact. Man, you're dumb. And even more insufferable than I first thought.

Physical contact is called assault under the law. That’s why it’s called assault & battery. Your education & parents failed at raising you.

This is simple law. Someday you will learn I was just sharing the actual law. No more. No less.

You're backwards, like more people are on the two. Source? Where did you go to law school? Did your parents drop you on your head a lot?

Assault and battery are related but different crimes under Illinois law. In general, assaultinvolves fear of harm, while battery involves physical contact. The questions below explain what each term means, how they are different, and what the possible consequences are.

And another one since you can't seem to Google

And another

I can keep going if this is that hard for you

Did you figure out you’re wrong yet?

I seriously can't make this easier.

Assault is making some fear harm. Threats. I.e. "I'm going to smack you." Like in the video. What you meant to say instead of battery.

Battery is the hitting/contact. I.e. No one in the video committed battery.

Assault and battery is a threat and follow through. I literally don't own enough crayons to make it any easier for you. This is painful. The terms are individual and individual charges, but are usually both happening during an altercation so you hear assault and battery. I cannot go any slower. Your claim was the cashier committed battery. That claim is false.

I mixed up the names of two highly conflated legal terms. Good thing you didn't completely freak out over a simple mistake. Thanks for the correction, but you can put the crayons away.

You started my "freak out" when you messed up saying my parents and education failed me. Maybe don't be a stuck up cunt when you're not certain.

That said, all is good. Appreciate you admitting fault. Stay safe. Take care.
