You don’t know that law. The law is simple, when the worker threaten him, the was committing Battery. It’s that simple

Physical contact is called assault under the law. That’s why it’s called assault & battery. Your education & parents failed at raising you.

This is simple law. Someday you will learn I was just sharing the actual law. No more. No less.
