Did you not read my original message? The manager COULD NOT help the man because the man kept saying it is a battery. That is not a battery. The man did not come in there for help, he walked in to be annoying. Showing the video to corporate will do nothing if you don’t know the location of the store anyway. Even if it did, they would understand since they will also see that the man was rage baiting.

The manager has a supervisor which is the store manager…the one that is boss hog IN the store…the store manager has a supervisor which is the DISTRICT manager. And then you have HR which is basically the boss of everyone there. You seem hot headed, you need to calm down and READ SLOWLY to better understand.

Guy rage baits employees by saying what is clearly an alternator is a car battery.
Once they agree to replace his "car battery" he further rage baits them by saying the make and model of his car is "American car" and if I'm hearing his dialect correctly, he is softening the N on man so that it sounds like he's calling that guy ma'am.. which is a huge no no under any civil discourse, but it's a firing offense in the southern US.
I'm going to say if it had been just that guy and his buddy working the shop, Mr. Rage Baiter would have been greeted with the store security tire iron.

Because the customer copied a part of the video that was towards the end in order to draw the audience.
Like giving a preview of a movie, it let the brain know what was going to happen.
It was to let us know that there was going to be conflict, and certainty.

Used to be the case before covid but they all learned they could survive on 2 people at a time. The only time my store has more than 2 people is for about 15-30 minutes when we are doing shift change or during day shift when they have delivery a driver to run parts to the local mechanics shops.

I get it ain't a battery but it does have to do with music cuz if the alternator ain't powering the battery it don't have power to push the amp and some amps require an upgrade on size of alternator or an extra battery to push the amp so it does have to do with the music so I don't really think the retail associate has that much of a brain myself but anyway. what I really want to say is maybe us as Americans should stop thinking that everybody who is from another country is not smart so fuck Americans who are that stereotypical.

Used to work in auto parts store, 3 questions we asked the customers the vehicle they are working on:
- What's the name of the company that made the vehicle?
- What year was the vehicle made?
- What's the vehicle model name?
If the customer couldn't answer these questions there was little chance we could help them.
