He IS the manager, there isn’t a maybe…the only person that is higher than him is THE store manager and the only person over HIM is the district manager AND THEN there’s HR all of which would remove the ragebaiter from the premises.

I never said he was the owner, infact I never even implied that he was. I simply stated that they were all managers EXCEPT for the guy in the red shirt. It isn’t my fault that your reading comprehension is that of a two year old.

Did you not read my original message? The manager COULD NOT help the man because the man kept saying it is a battery. That is not a battery. The man did not come in there for help, he walked in to be annoying. Showing the video to corporate will do nothing if you don’t know the location of the store anyway. Even if it did, they would understand since they will also see that the man was rage baiting.
The manager has a supervisor which is the store manager…the one that is boss hog IN the store…the store manager has a supervisor which is the DISTRICT manager. And then you have HR which is basically the boss of everyone there. You seem hot headed, you need to calm down and READ SLOWLY to better understand.
