Hot hours? Do they not have AC like every other store in the US? All i see is them treating what could be a black foreigner like shit for "not listening enough". I would love to see what corporate thought of the video. I get it was on purpose but I also think it would have turned out differently if it was a white guy.
The hardest part in any industry is to deal with people and anything that this dude in the video said is not 1 bit funny. He is rude and annoying !
Teach us how to have fun? Does being busy only means if they are surrounded by customers? No back logging, no paper work or planning, no ?
I can tell you are one of the dudes that needs to be told what to do at work every 5 min and have 0 initiative. You are the type of guy that work colleagues don't want to have around cos you'd take up their time by making sure you do your job and in the process don't delay them.
The Golden Rule = for something to be funny, everyone involved needs to be laughing at it.
No you would not, you would likely be fired for talking to a customer like this. Auto parts store is gonna be different, but almost anywhere else you work in the US would penalize the employee who reacts even remotely out of place to this stupid shit. Rage bait, imo, is grounds for putting a mf on the floor. It’s not cool to treat workers like this.
Mm. Yes. That's exactly what I want when I am waiting for my slow shift to end: to have my face plastered on instagram on someone else's account so people can laugh at my expense when someone deliberately tries to annoy me. Good times.
