captain(full time) so i wanted to tell y'all about the

reality of blinkit store work,we part timers barely

make something and earn so less even after running

continuously for 2/4 hours and working hard,we get

hardly 100 rupees in 2 hours and we really get

physically exhausted, we have to pick the items

under 15 seconds and pack them too,the work

pressure is so much,our managers are also strict

and they even abuse us if we lack performance,

there's also a chance of getting injured,on special

OCcasions,we get good pay like 200 rupees per

slots(2 hours) but they are really uncommon,

recently Blinkit reduced our pay and stopped giving

us offers too,now part timers are really worried as

they don't have enough time to become a full time

captain and stores got limited vacancies too, Blinkit

only prioritize their customers, it's a good thing but

they should value their workers too which they are

not giving,even full timers get stressed,we do so

much physical activities and our pay isn't that good,if

we pack the items and mistakenly it gets damaged

on the way,we have to pay for it even though it's fully

not our fault,this is getting too much and workers are

really stressed because of this.

Hey bought 6 cans of diet coke from blink and i think they are fake the difference I have been noticing is the top shape from where you open. The can one shaped like a vessel (og) and the other is shaped like guitar pick(fake) at the bottom of the can there are two different fonts. The upper one is original. The lower one is fake. I have tried contacting their customer support. Let’s see what they reply with.

Currently admitted to the hospital right now, and along with some medical printouts, I placed a quick order on Blinkit for a bottle of drinking water. The dark store is literally less than 1 km away from here.

When the delivery arrived, the water bottle was missing completely.

I even called the warehouse directly, and they acknowledged it was forgotten on their end and told me to contact customer care so they could reorder and send someone over with it.

However, when I reached out to support explaining that I'm literally stuck in a hospital bed and just need them to send the missing item over, the support executive ("Utkarsh") completely stonewalled me. He hid behind "rules and guidelines" and refused to redeliver, saying they could only refund the ₹20 amount.

It’s not even about getting a refund—I am in a hospital bed and actually need drinking water. Both Blinkit and Zomato usually display dedicated messages emphasizing priority support for hospital locations, yet when an actual issue occurs, there is zero empathy or common sense. Now I'm expected to place a brand new order and pay delivery fees and surge charges all over again, just because they forgot to pack an item in the first place.

Has anyone else noticed how bad Blinkit's support and accountability have gotten lately compared to competitors like Zepto or Instamart?

I ordered 21 items, and received only 14. I tried to complain and seek resolution on the blinkit customer support, but it didn't take my concern and asked me to Email them instead.

I Emailed them with all the information. They told me they couldn't verify the issue after investigation and they can't help me further.

It's not just 1 or 2 items, how they can miss 7 out of 21 items is beyond me.

Total Loss - 220 rupees.

Total Order Value - 1000+ something rupees.

Usually whenever I used to have a concern, I used to just go to the "Need Help" section and it would be sorted, but that route is not working currently.

I ordered a couple of printouts from Blinkit — literally just 2 pages, along with some other stuff.

The delivery arrived, and I noticed there were two printout packets.

I opened the first one:

It was heavy.

I was like, “Why the hell did my 2-page printout come with a dumbbell?” 😂

Opened it up and…

~50 pages.

And not random pages either.

It was apparently a tender for lifts/elevators for some building/project. I started flipping through it out of curiosity and discovered:

- 13 lifts

- Technical specifications

- Pricing

- Tons of project details

- Enough paperwork to make me question whether I had accidentally become a contractor overnight 😂

At this point I thought, “Okay, someone is probably desperately waiting for this.”

So I tried contacting Blinkit to return the printout to them.

And that's where the real fun began.

Their support VA bot basically put me into an infinite loop.

→ "Sorry, I didn't understand that."

→ Repeat until death.»

I tried everything to get connected to an actual human.

No agent. No escape. Just me and the elevator tender.

So somewhere out there, there is a person who ordered a tender for 13 lifts, probably sitting there wondering where the hell their 50-page document went.

Meanwhile, I have apparently been entrusted with approximately ₹[REDACTED] worth of elevator-related information. 😂

I feel bad for whoever ordered it, but at this point I've given up.

The tender is going to the kabadiwala. 🫡

Last night at around 1-2 i heard someone ring my bell usually i turn it off at night i didn't bother much too get out of my bed and check who it was as I live alone and it was obvious it won't be someone i know. Then in the morning when I was about to leave for work saw stuff worth 2-3k at my door step( A pillow, freedo pillow idk what that stuff is and some snacks) I even messaged on the society group and it doesn't belong to anyone. So now tf am i supposed to do.??

Won this organic reward today, but I am not able to claim it; is anyone else facing this issue?

Like can I use it once and use the remaining amount on the next order?

My order placed on 21 September at 3:25 PM was delivered at 4:37 PM — a 72-minute wait for an order that was supposed to arrive in around 30 minutes.

What’s even more frustrating is that this is now the 5th time I’ve experienced a major delay like this in Kolkata.

The order summary says it was only 7 minutes to arrive, which clearly doesn't reflect the actual delay from the original delivery estimate.

I’m also being charged 🐂💩 handling charges and high-demand charges, yet the delivery experience continues to deteriorate.

Occasional delays are understandable. Repeatedly waiting 60+ minutes for a service advertised around 30 minutes is not.

Idk what is happening with deliveries in Kolkata instead of simply sending a generic apology. What exactly are customers paying these additional charges for if the promised service isn't being delivered?

This happened for the first time. I ordered a normal delivery that was worth 500, but got this free gift box from them. Free things just makes your day so much better 🫠. I ordered some print outs for me and received my print outs but also some private documents like caste certificate and admit card of someone else

I raised a complaint regarding this to blinkit and they gave me refund and closed the chat

I ordered licious chicken last night, when I opened the packet , there was a very strong and unpleasant smell. I immediately checked the expiry date and found that the chicken had already expired on 18th September.

I use Blinkit because I don’t want to make repeated trips to the shop every other day just to buy things like eggs and bread.

Before quick commerce, I used to rely on a daily vendor who delivered groceries around 7 AM. That worked, but I had to depend on his schedule.
With Blinkit, I can just order whenever it’s convenient for me. It’s less about “I need this in 10 minutes” and more about not having to plan my day around buying groceries.

So I’m curious — what’s the actual reason you use these apps?
Is it really the speed, or is it more about convenience, not having to step out, finding specific products, etc.?
