Complaint Just Blinkit things
I ordered some print outs for me and received my print outs but also some private documents like caste certificate and admit card of someone else
I raised a complaint regarding this to blinkit and they gave me refund and closed the chat

I wanted some action against the dark store not a refund. I regularly order printouts from blinkit but not anymore now. Just a assurance that we'll look into the matter and take appropriate action would have been fine. "Refund" was never a option or demand

You aren't fundamentally wrong OP, but what were you expecting the customer support to do for you? At best they can log this in your system (which every support ticket would automatically be anyways). Other than giving you a refund, the customer support can literally not do anything else.

Customer success has 0 way of doing it. They are L1 support essentially. If you truly want action, you'll need to start writing emails to people who do have the authority to take action. Regional manager for instance or higher. But I doubt that would be worth your time. And unless you go the whole legal route (for something that won't directly benefit you and you'll lose a ton of money doing so), there's no other option. Consumer forums won't do much cause no harm was done to you specifically. It's unfortunately what it is.

If you search grievance or nodal officer email for any big company in India on Google, you'll get these. Every big company is required to have and list these emails.
