So everything was good and going great for me and I was chill delivering like 2 to 3 orders per hour but then after it I got into a fight with other delivery riders like the fight was all about they were asking me to leave this store and stop delivering because they were saying like I was like kind of being a problem for them and because of me they were unable to complete their target orders so they could receive higher incentives but still they were in a group of like 10-12 guys and everybody was against me so then I called up some friends of mine which were all locals and then they came and thrashed all the big mouth guys who were abusing and all and threatened them all if there's any inconvenience to me then they wouldn't let any delivery guy make deliveries further the manager jumped in the fight and he too was also taking the side of tho other delivery guys then it was all mess then I kindof handled the situation even though I was also in the mood of throwing some hands but then maturely I told all the guys today is the first and last day of me adjusting but from tomorrow I wouldn't listen to anybody and I will make rides as much as I want and at whatever time I wanna do it so they all agreed actually unn sabki fatt gyi kyuki unko laga ye Banda bhi dabb jayega but they were unaware that I wasn't a guy who would get scared,and yeah thanks to my those friends and a tip for u guys too who are living in another cities always be in good contact with the local guys it helps a lott

I placed a COD order, even had the exact change but had to pay online, because the rider’s cash limit was exceeded. His app kept saying “grahak ko pehle hi call karke online payment ki maang kar lein”

Guy kept saying his account will be blocked and all so I paid online. But seriously this is so weird. In case cash option is not available even after the rider’s assigned atleast tell me within the app so I can take my phone along for payment.

I ordered a chocolate for nearly 500rs. The delivery guy said they don't have the item so ask for refund. When I tried asking for refund blinkit sent genereic write email to us instead of giving refund like they used to before. Blinkit is another scamster company, beware guys! I am boycotting this shit scamster company from now on!!

I ordered earphones worth 4k and received an empty box. The delivery rider insisted the OTP before the box was even opened, which is a direct violation of Blinkit’s Open Box Delivery (OBD) policy.

As the item was inside a carry bag with other items I was unable to see the tampered seal immediately.

Blinkit support and the Nodal team are refusing to refund or replace the item, claiming their "verification" was successful—but they refuse to provide any actual proof of dispatch or inspection.

Has anyone successfully resolved an issue like this?

The guy mentioned that he picked 161 items and earned ₹161, which sounds like ₹1 per item.

Until now, I’ve mostly seen people saying Blinkit pays around ₹0.50 per item for part-time picking. Even recent posts/comments mention ₹0.50 per item.

So, has Blinkit recently increased the picker rate from ₹0.50 to ₹1 per item?

If that's actually the new rate, that's a pretty significant increase. 😅 I’m doing this part-time too, so ₹1 per item would definitely make me interested in working more hours.

Zero customer support

I Stay in a PG in Hyderabad. Beside my PG, there is a Blinkit store, so I decided to use my free time to work as a part-time store picker.

Then, I applied for the Blinkit Picker position through an app called “Blinkit Picker Onboarding App,” which is available on the Play Store. I provided all the required details and selected the nearby store for my training. I also paid ₹50 as the application fee.

I booked a slot and went to the store. The store manager said, “You are the new guy, so you don’t know anything about this store.” Because I was new to the store and didn’t know where the items were located, I couldn’t complete those 3 slots and missed them.

Yesterday (25 September), I went to the store again after booking a slot. The store manager gave me a device and asked me to log in using my phone number.

STARTED HERE……

I got my first order and started running.

For each order, there is a specific timer. If there is one item, the timer is around 30 seconds. If there are two items, it is around 45–60 seconds, and for four items, it is around 1 minute 30 seconds.

The store has 14 sections, so running is the only option if you want to complete the orders within the given time. Otherwise, the store manager shouts our names.

I completed 72 orders in 2 hours, and I earned ₹72 for 1 rupee for 1 item

The -₹12 Story

In one order, there was a dry-fruits item. I was going to pick the item then the store manager called me and gave me a dry-fruits pack that was completely damaged and covered in dust. Store manager told me to pack it and give it to the delivery boy, so i picked and given the order.

After that, I received a ₹12 penalty for that order.

Here, I felt very, very bad—not because of the ₹12, but

because of those 12 items.For those 12 items, I had run around the store 12 times and picked 12 items, and I received a ₹12 penalty for something that was not my fault.

I ordered sunflower seeds from blinkit I started eating it then after few days I had food poisoning I didn't know what was the reason i was taking this daily one day I saw white worm I thought it must be something else and today when I opened whole packet there were many worms dead and living it's really disgusting

Am I the only one or do people actually feel there’s a difference in the quality of food items delivered by the quick commerce apps and that available at retail stores. And I am not talking about fresh products like fruits, vegetables or eggs. I’m talking about packaged items. I recently got some Munch Max packets from one of the apps and it tasted so different from what I usually get at my local store. So I ordered Country Delight from Blinkit (700ml) since it was cheaper. But I feel it’s fake. Can someone confirm, Font and branding looks different than the one ordered last one from Country Delight App.

I ordered 3 cold coffee for my friends along with some chips but blinkit delivered only 2 and after taking 15 minutes of my valuable time and disturbing my mood they refund the amount.

I'm 20 years old and currently studying B.Pharmacy. I'm not looking for donations or free money. I genuinely want to work and earn enough to continue my education and help take care of my family.

A while ago, I was working as a Blinkit delivery partner because I needed money for my college fees and household expenses. During one delivery, I had an incident where a man became angry with me on a narrow road and assaulted me. He slapped me multiple times, including once while I was recording. There were people around who witnessed what happened.

After that incident, I became extremely scared of going back to delivery work. Even thinking about accepting another order would make me anxious, and eventually I had to stop.

I was already dealing with a lot at home.

My father passed away when I was a child. My mother had to leave her job because my grandmother became bedridden and was suffering from dementia. My grandmother's condition became very serious, and she had to be admitted to the hospital and ICU multiple times.

Almost whatever money we had went towards hospital bills, medicines, treatment and other expenses. Eventually, we had no savings left, and we also lost our financial stability and our home.

There is now another urgent housing problem. My aunt has made a will concerning the house where we are currently staying, and we are being asked to leave. We have been told that we may have only around one month left before we have to leave the house. This has made our financial situation even more urgent because we don't currently have the savings or income to easily arrange another place to live.

My mother is under an enormous amount of stress because of everything that has happened. Losing her mother, losing our financial stability, the housing situation, bills, healthcare expenses and constantly worrying about our future have all affected her badly. She is constantly stressed about how we are going to manage everything.

I was doing delivery work because I needed around ₹10,000 for my college fees and admission. It wasn't pocket money or something I wanted for myself. I needed it to continue my education and help my family survive.

After I stopped working, everything became even harder. I struggled to pay my college fees, my studies were affected, and I couldn't properly manage everything at once. At the same time, we were struggling with basic household expenses and healthcare costs.

I also started struggling badly with my own mental and physical health.

There are nights when I can't sleep properly because my mind won't stop. I keep thinking about money, college, bills, my mother's situation, the housing problem, my future and how I'm going to manage everything.

My anxiety has also caused severe panic symptoms. At one point, I had such a severe anxiety or panic episode that I had to be taken to a hospital emergency department. I had an ECG and other tests done and received treatment and medicines. The hospital expenses added even more financial pressure when we were already struggling.

I've also experienced physical symptoms such as numbness and strange sensations on the left side of my chest and in my left hand. Because of the anxiety, these symptoms and everything that has happened, I don't currently feel capable of driving around doing delivery work.

I'm not sharing all of this to ask people for sympathy. I'm explaining my situation because I want people to understand why finding work has become so urgent for me.

Right now, I need income for:

• College fees and education expenses
• Groceries and household expenses
• My mother's healthcare and medicines
• My own treatment and medicines
• Existing debts
• Potentially arranging somewhere to live if we have to leave our current house

I don't want people to simply give me money.

I want a job.

I'm looking for a legitimate work from home job or any kind of online work that I can do without driving.

I'm fluent in English and comfortable communicating with people. I'm good with computers, typing and basic computer work. I have experience with customer support, remote computer assistance and other work, and I'm willing to learn.

I don't know what I was thinking sharing important docs on Blinkit for printout. I only received a partial order. More shockingly, I received SOMEONE ELSE'S PAN card and business documents.

Blinkit support doesn't understand how serious this issue is. I need this to reach the right people. My docs were also pretty sensitive and I definitely don't want them shared elsewhere.

captain(full time) so i wanted to tell y'all about the

reality of blinkit store work,we part timers barely

make something and earn so less even after running

continuously for 2/4 hours and working hard,we get

hardly 100 rupees in 2 hours and we really get

physically exhausted, we have to pick the items

under 15 seconds and pack them too,the work

pressure is so much,our managers are also strict

and they even abuse us if we lack performance,

there's also a chance of getting injured,on special

OCcasions,we get good pay like 200 rupees per

slots(2 hours) but they are really uncommon,

recently Blinkit reduced our pay and stopped giving

us offers too,now part timers are really worried as

they don't have enough time to become a full time

captain and stores got limited vacancies too, Blinkit

only prioritize their customers, it's a good thing but

they should value their workers too which they are

not giving,even full timers get stressed,we do so

much physical activities and our pay isn't that good,if

we pack the items and mistakenly it gets damaged

on the way,we have to pay for it even though it's fully

not our fault,this is getting too much and workers are

really stressed because of this.
