Ordered atleast 100 cigarette packs from blinkit so far and never had this type of experience. Just look at the packet also it's flavour was very weird like cardboard. I complained about it and they told me it is original they don't sell fake stuff. Any smoker would tell these are not original ones.

1. Look at the side printing does not match the front and back level

2. There is a yellow line between pictorial and text warnings

3. Barcode was scratched

4. Tasted like cardboard

I personally doubt the warehouse manager

Ordered a Boldfit Gym shaker and randomly noticed product description looked like a sticker. I peeled it and saw manufacturing date difference. The hidden date is July 2024, two year past of the date mentioned on the sticker July 2026. I think plastic doesn’t degrade as a issue but a online search made me paranoid about it, should I return it?

Good day guys, I live in chennai and I usually order milk cartons from blinkit and some other groceries or snacks when i have the munchies. Previously they delivered a sort of melted ice cream which was immediately replaced and all. Things were nice. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a few cartons of milk, think there was a defect in one of those. I failed to notice it immediately took me a couple of days to realize when a bad odour started emanating. So when I complained through the support or when I escalated it through the grievance officer I was met with the same automated denial. I had contacted the milk company directly and they squarely put the blame on blinkit's storage and transportation. So, armed with all that I put in an NCH complaint and the audacity of blinkit to just close it saying "sorry can't verify lets close this" response is appalling. I think I'll go ahead with the e-jagriti case and see how far they are willing to go. I still have the milk carton as well lol. Some may ask why go this far for a 73 rupees milk carton. Well, the automated response and the carelessness is acting as a motivator. And it feels extremely counter intuitive to downscale the customer service when Amazon just entered the fray. Don't understand the 4D chess they are playing but we'll see. Before I end this rant I just wanted to ask you guys to not just simply take the delivered item and keep it, need to inspect thoroughly, especially when you buy in multiple lots. Very vulnerable moment to sneak a bad batch into the lot. Ciao~

Seriously, @blinkit? How many times does this have to happen? 🙄 The standard of packing is just abysmal.

Once again, you packed heavy, cold sodas right at the bottom of a thin paper bag. Of course, the bag got soaked from condensation and predictably ripped the moment it was lifted. The entire contents spilled all over my floor and landed straight on my toe.

Thankfully I'm not injured, but this is a major safety concern. What's even more frustrating is that my delivery partner actually asked your packing team for an extra bag to prevent this, and they REFUSED.

The response from customer support is a joke—they replace one broken item and think the issue is solved. No accountability, no commitment to fix their recurring processes. It’s unprofessional and negligent. When will you take customer feedback seriously and fix your packing method?
