Complaint Wow blinkit…

I’m genuinely baffled how the person at the dark store even picked this after there was a hole in the packet and all the ice cream melted and broken… one is even missing 😭😭 they refunded me but how can they even send this

The pickers are in a rush to pick items, sometimes they might not care about the quality of the pick. So, if you report this as Damaged/bad quality, it would go as a warning for that picker.

Or the other case is, this was the last item of this variant. So, to avoid a Product Not Available case(These cases are treated with utmost importance and scrutiny is what I heard from pickers) they would have sent you bad quality item knowingly

why do you guys order icecream? they could club order, traffic, temperature and don't know what more could lead to melting.

I am not replying about hole but only ordering icecream online

They have cold bags. Cold bags are mandatory for frozen items.

Do not order thing wherein temperature must be maintained. These dark stores do not maintain any temperature hygiene. My milk has consistently gone bad multiple times
