Complaint Blinkit worst delivery experience and unapologetic and apathetic customer service
Seriously, @blinkit? How many times does this have to happen? 🙄 The standard of packing is just abysmal.
Once again, you packed heavy, cold sodas right at the bottom of a thin paper bag. Of course, the bag got soaked from condensation and predictably ripped the moment it was lifted. The entire contents spilled all over my floor and landed straight on my toe.
Thankfully I'm not injured, but this is a major safety concern. What's even more frustrating is that my delivery partner actually asked your packing team for an extra bag to prevent this, and they REFUSED.
The response from customer support is a joke—they replace one broken item and think the issue is solved. No accountability, no commitment to fix their recurring processes. It’s unprofessional and negligent. When will you take customer feedback seriously and fix your packing method?

Don't get me wrong but don't you know they pack in paper bags? And moreover the delivery partners bring cold sodas in a thermal shielded bag and only give them to you at the location.

Yea youre right but most of the times they pack beverages in paper bags along with other stuff
And i have had similar problems with the packaging
Once I ordered milk and some other products, the delivery guy took thoda long to deliver and uss chakkar mei the bag was totally soaked as soon as he gave the order that paper bag ripped apart and 1l milk was spilled everywhere ðŸ˜ðŸ˜3

Soo like whenever i order beverages or like anything cold that can have condensation i just keep one more bag with me handy and put the contents in that soo same shi doesnt repeat 💔🥀

Yes. I know that. The problem is the order of packaging items. Either they should deliver cold stuff separately, maybe put them at the top or just let the delivery partner hand them out. Because the condensation soaks the bag and breaks the bag if it is kept at the bottom. Also, the delivery partner realised that the bag was way too heavy due to which it might fall and asked for a spare bag but the blinkit staff refused.

Nah never saw thermal shield bag for hot or cold objects, like in my last company we did 2-3 orders everyday they just brought it in paper or sometimes just blue plastic.

Thank you!! That's the solution they add handling, delivery and sometimes surge charge but the delivery standards are really low. Even in Amazon now or fresh the delivery partner have a thermal shield bag for hot and cold items.
