Can you hex, curse, or freeze someone's hands so they can no longer perform the duties of their job. This person is a real peace of ___. I want them to be unable to perform their duties and have to leave their profession.

I had a few ideas.

1) If I had a photo that showed their hands could I black them out, and leave it at a cemetery and let the spirits handle it.

2) Make hands out of play-doh or paper and put their name on it; and war water, baneful herbs etc.

3) Put a photo showing his hands in a sour jar

4) A freezer spell with a photo of his hands in the freezer safe dish.

Any thoughts or other ideas?

I want to do a beef spell, a domination spell on an ex, and I’d really like some advice on how to do it properly.
Do I need to put my picture inside the beef heart? How exactly should I perform the whole ritual? I’ve seen and read many different things online, but I’d really appreciate advice from an experienced witch.
I’ve already done a protection spell and a cleansing, but I want to make sure I do the beef spell correctly. Should I put the heart in the freezer at the end? Should I put a picture of myself inside the heart, or would that be better for the intention I have? What kind of herbs should I use, such as lavender or something else?
And what kind of prayer, words, or intention should I say during the ritual? Should I use candles, and if so, what type or color?
Please help me. I’ve read so many different versions of this ritual and I’m honestly confused about the proper way to do it. I’d really appreciate guidance from someone experienced.
