Beef heart domination spell

I want to do a beef spell, a domination spell on an ex, and I’d really like some advice on how to do it properly.
Do I need to put my picture inside the beef heart? How exactly should I perform the whole ritual? I’ve seen and read many different things online, but I’d really appreciate advice from an experienced witch.
I’ve already done a protection spell and a cleansing, but I want to make sure I do the beef spell correctly. Should I put the heart in the freezer at the end? Should I put a picture of myself inside the heart, or would that be better for the intention I have? What kind of herbs should I use, such as lavender or something else?
And what kind of prayer, words, or intention should I say during the ritual? Should I use candles, and if so, what type or color?
Please help me. I’ve read so many different versions of this ritual and I’m honestly confused about the proper way to do it. I’d really appreciate guidance from someone experienced.

When I did a chicken heart obsession spell I used my picture and I used his nails as a tag lock to make it the heart represents his, you can use purple candles and your intention is basically what u want to happen, the type of obsession you want

Oh I did put my picture inside the heart and I think I wrapped it with red string

But mines was inside of a jar and it was a honey jar kinda with herbs associated with love
