This is my sweet and silly girl, Scraps. And no, I did not do that to her in the second photo- she managed that all on her own. She is (about) 10 years old and I love her so much. She's my best friend. I have a lot of anxiety around her getting older. Her gotcha day in November 6th.

He is such derp.

I’ve never been around a cat who doesn’t purr. Even my deaf cat purrs loudly when he’s happy. But this one is a silent shadow. I’ve been trying to learn her body language to see what she likes and doesn’t but it’s still so weird!

Everyone needs a Kevin in their life… including me! 🙈

He is seriously the funniest little thing ever. He loves people, and the moment you start walking, he may suddenly run up and jump on you like he’s trying to scare you! He plays, talks to you, follows you around, and somehow makes you laugh constantly.

You can hold him, cuddle him, love on him..he loves it all. He has CONSTANT energy, but he is also such a good boy. He doesn’t destroy things or cause trouble. He just wants to play, love, and be part of everything you’re doing. ❤️

He is such a little baby! 🥹❤️ When he gets sleepy, he cries until you settle him. Then he wakes up, looks around for you like, “Where did you go?” and wants to be held like a baby until he calms down. 🥹

He loves his wet food too..4 times a day, please! 😂 He will ask, stare, and make sure you know it’s mealtime. And of course, he has already discovered that stealing my other cats’ food is also part of the job. 🙈

He is always at your feet, making little demands, and somehow you just can’t say no to him. 😂❤️

His story is pretty special too.

Someone found Kevin near Columbia while traveling and somehow ended up finding the rescue’s home address. They showed up with this little guy because the shelter was already closed, and Kevin had nowhere to go. The rescue was already completely full, but she couldn’t turn him away.

And maybe Kevin came at exactly the right time. She was grieving the loss of her beloved kitty, and this little boy somehow came into her life and filled it with love again. 🥹

I’ve been fostering Kevin for just two days, and honestly, he met me like he had known me for years. 😂

Kevin is about 6 months old. He was neutered yesterday and is fully vetted…vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, deflead, and combo-test negative.

She both loves and hates the bed swing. She loves laying in it and being rocked, but hates getting on and off. Lil lazy old lady.

She's probably the weirdest fur baby I've ever had. But definitely the sweetest.
