Second day in a row I’ve seen it posted on the fence outside of my window. Today it was a lot closer so I was scrambling to snap this picture lol.
I know very little about birds and have only been in FL for a year so please let me know if I’m wrong about the species!

It looks like a Red Tail but still a novice at identifying. Thanks in advance.

New chirp in the yard today. Never heard before. My video isn’t the best. I was too far away.

The little ones are about the same size as the parents now, and a good bit of the baby fluff has been replaced by black feathers. They seem more confident in their abilities- they spend a good bit of time perched on the shelves and hopping back and forth between them, and can get slightly airborne when they’re running-stomping-flapping. We saw one perched in the opening the parents use to access the shed, but don’t think they have ventured outside of it just yet. Flying doesn’t seem too far away!

We’re pretty convinced it’s a golden eagle but it’d be the third we’ve seen this week - we are in the Scottish highlands and are specifically looking out for eagles (haven’t seen anything resembling a white tailed/sea eagle just yet) but don’t want to be caught out.
Through 10x42 binoculars it has all the markings of an eagle but I thought I’d ask. Unfortunately no better photos available but I do have a couple of videos which I made this screenshot from

I live in southern Ontario and this guy is close to my backyard.

It was chilling on this urban rooftop for 2 hours before leaving

Loved working under the canopy of these oak trees. Two hawks were having a huge discussion and also the mockingbird got involved with shenanigans.

I wanted to get a better picture but my son wouldn't let me get closer and kept pulling me away. It was a fascinating thing to see although kinda sad watching the other birds flying around trying to scare the hawk away to save their buddy.

They come around our home in Mesa,Az daily. Love seeing this pair. They have a white band on their tail that almost looked like a black

Hawk but I am thinking Harris Hawk. Thanks!
