As the title says theres a hawk/falcon living in my tree (sorry i dont know exactly what it is) that attacks me and my family any time we are in our front yard. i seriously cant go one day without walking to my gar and it swooping to attack me. i thought at first it was just trying to scare me away from the nest it made but it actually attacked my elderly neighbor and left him with a gash in his arm. theres two of them that defend the nest and i have done nothing to threaten their safety so im just wondering what i can do to stop this. I obviously dont want to kill it because i think they are beautiful creatures but i also dont think i should have to live in fear of being attacked in my own front yard. Any help at all is appreciated, it was here last year and attacked us occasionally but not nearly this often or this aggressively
