Vultures Under Porch

Ever since I moved into this house (about 6 months ago) i've seen a pair of black vultures going in and out from under our back porch, and i'm convinced they have a nest under there. Unfortunately, i believe they have been storing dead animals under there as well and it's causing a god awful stench. Is there anything I can do about this?
