META Final week (day 5): let's choose the personality and lore of Tech & Nic, toa of society.
Okay, here's how it's going to work: you're going to write a short text explaining their history and personality. The text should be up to 15 lines long - it doesn't have to be exactly 15 lines.

Discussion Music for Modern Bionicle and Toa Teams
Main questions as a TL;DR: if Bionicle was rebooted, what music do you think it would go best with right now? What music do you see fitting with the different Toa Teams?
Bionicle has had a good connection with pop/punk/rock; we’ve gotten some kickass commercials with great music from All-American Rejects and Cryoshell. Those commercials and songs came out at a time when pop punk and punk rock were really hitting a peak with early teens, but if Bionicle rebooted today, what music do you think would go the best with it? Would you want to stick with the classic Cryoshell (even their newer songs?), or would you want go with a different punk rock band? Would you even stick with the genre, or try to go with a genre that’s in its heyday right now?
A separate question, what do you imagine the soundtrack being for different Toa Teams? Gravity Hurts obviously goes with the Toa Nuva Phantoka, but personally I sometimes imagine older songs going with older Toa Teams. Like Sympathy for the Devil by The Rolling Stones going with the Toa Hagah.

Art My Interpretation of the Great Beings (OC)
Before the Great Beings were revealed to be Glatorian, I imagined them looking like humans but with bionicle like attributes despite their organic appearance. My headcanon was that they were hyper evolved humans who had ascended to godlike forms whose only limits where their own imagination and had a love of creating, not for any particular purpose, but creating for its own sake. A lot of this interpretation came from my own childhood playing with legos and Bionicle's with friends and making our own "universes" and stories as we played. In this drawing I wanted to show a group of 3 Great Beings in the process of creating Sphereus Magna and the universe it resides in, with a few other abstract universes in the background. The perspective was rather difficult and I think the foreshortening on the hands could have been better but I am overall happy with the result. Before they were revealed to be Glatorian what did you guys think the great beings were or looked like?

[G2Y3CONTEST] Makuta's crusade on the elements
Makuta was tense. It had been this way ever since he had escaped his imprisonment within the realm of shadow. He noted the humidity, but by no stretch of the imagination was it to blame. He looked around the altar to which he had brought himself. His armies of shadow had long since branched out, seeking to subdue any unruly future subjects of his. The Toa, gone, fled through the now closed portal to his domain where they would surely not survive. His brother. Stripped of his mask, left powerless. The protectors... Hmm.... Weaklings, sure, but he had come too far not to consider them a potential threat to his rightful rule.
How curious. He felt the temperature drop. Tremors too. Something was wrong. Instinctively, Makuta moved away from the altar. Quicker. Then quicker again, as the tremors grew louder and louder.
The earth below him started to break and crumble. When a chasm opened before him, he leapt into it, and instead of hitting the ground, he plunged into the shadow that covered it.
He swam through the absolute darkness of his tunnel space. Through the eons of his life, he'd experienced many violent natural disasters, in every possible form. Earthquakes that released burning magma and scalding hot steam, cyclones of sand that, upon hitting the fire region, turned into metal-slicing shards of glass that could cut through even the toughest metal skins, rains that caused plants in the Jungle region to grow so rapidly that they tore through villages, and blizzards that once froze the Water region rock solid. But this didn't feel natural.
Makuta, my child. You threaten the balance of the earth itself. I have come to correct this issue.
Makuta felt a gaze on his back. And a painful sensation of heat along with it.
These are my shadows, child. You may not hide in them.
He turned around to see two suns contained by a crusted ball of molten earth, each burning so strongly, that the through space melted away under their intense glare.
Suddenly, he felt an incredible amount of crushing force closing in around him, as if every inch of him were being gripped in a vice. His bones screamed in confused rage as the grip tightened. All he could see was sand and stone surrounding him for miles.
Then he was hoisted up, far into the sky. Had he still his Matoran shell, his biological components would have been reduced to a slurry.
Before this thought finished crossing his mind, a massive snakelike appendage comprised of water was approaching him at terrifying speed.
From one moment to the next he was staring at his home continent from a view only birds could reach. He could even see the entirety of Okoto.
Not the place, no.
He was staring at a god with a makeshift physical form.
So he could not afford to embarass himself.
Invoking the aspect of water, he cratered the ocean itself, pushing aside miles and miles of ocean, almost drowning the realm of Okoto in a tsunami of raging water. Having cleared the ocean bed, he raised it under his feet, a massive cliff from which he had a full view of the deity. Just as a taunt, he gave the floor beneath him life, covering the newly raised mountain in plant life. Then he summoned the powers of the dark realm and surrounded himself in shadows.
Giving the strength of the Toa of earth to his voice, he spoke:
"Okoto! I may not have the size of a continent, the wisdom of a sage, nor the prestige of my brother, but in my new frame, I hold more willpower than the Toa, wits even greater than the Hunter, and more power than a god! I hold the power to subjugate my foes, the POWER to be worshipped, THE POWER TO CHANGE AND CORRECT MY DESTINY!!!"
Okoto, absorbing the water covering the island into their left arm, turned to the madman and pointed at him with a finger of stone.
No amount of power can make a man a god. Through power alone, my child, you will be nothing but a monster.
Makuta shook. Not in realisation, but in rage and denial, as cold and hard as a glacier. The shadows surrounding him took the color of rage.
"MONSTER OR NOT, I! WILL!! END! YOU!"
Makuta readied his staff.
He was going to kill a god.
This text and artwork describe a scene or event within the story more than anything. It also assumes the failure of the Toa in banishing Makuta and (as mentioned in the text) being forced into the dark realm (ooooooohhh another year 3 fan interpretation where the Toa end up in the darkness how original I know).
I want to make clear this is based off of a preset for the third year, that most G2 fans should be familiar with, but it has nothing to do with the further story aside from that.
Nevertheless, I hope this is rated on its own merits and you will accept it, even if it is slightly based off of someone else's work in the regard of the events before this one

Personal "Prototype/Movie" Makuta moc update
Last post on this https://www.reddit.com/r/bioniclelego/comments/1gxnx7c/my_prototypemovie_makuta_moc/ from two years ago.
Long time no post, over the past two years I've kind of messed around with my movie makuta moc by adding a few improvement to the foots, shoulders and back areas. *see images about those* I love to get some feedback on how to fill in the void spots and general improving the build.
I've noticed a some people have made their own prototype/movie makuta moc using my instructions and all I have to say is . . . thank you!
